I’ve been eyeing up some earrings from Image Gang for so long and so pleased I finally copped! Quality is amazing, the weight is perfect and I love the pink satin pouch they arrived in, my new favourite earrings (Creole Hoops), I know I’ll be wearing them everyday <3

I love Image Gang I love their pieces and the quality. It’s just such a shame that delivery takes so long. My items takes over a week to dispatch every time. And then a further 3/4 days for me to receive my item. I ordered on the 7th of feb and I am still waiting for my item to be dispatched to date.

I love Image Gang! This is my go-to place to get jewellery now as it’s such lovely quality but at an affordable price. I’ve also spoken with their customer service and they’re amazing too. Highly highly recommend for all your jewellery needs!!

They are one of my favourite brands that I won’t stop buying from until I go broke or have every piece! I have an anklet that I’ve worn everyday since June ‘20 with zero tarnishing and still looks brand new I’m obsessed! I only wear gold jewellery and gold hoops are all I wear, it’s amazing to find a brand that cares about quality but also has designs that I feel speak to me- cannot recommend them enough

LOVEE IMAGEGANG. I wanted the BOSSY ring for the longest time and was so hesitant about buying it because I live in Canada and I HATE customs so after a little crisis I did what I do best, retail therapy and purchased it. Arrived to ON, Canada in 13 days and no customs! Obsessed, the ring is beautiful, waterproof, shiny it’s just perfect. Only things I wish they offered were silver jewelry, a size X-Small and small ring boxes for the rings! If ure not sure whether or not you should check out go for it you won’t regret it. I’m planning to buy more rings 🥰

Excellent service I had a faulty item, the clasp on an earring would not fasten correctly I re-contacted Image Gang and their customer service handled by Kennedy was outstanding very professional and swift 🥇

I ordered several pieces of jewellery from Image Gang, however the quality was not to my standards so I returned them to the address provided to me. However, after several back-and-forths via email I have still not received my refund, and will not be buying from them again. It seems that this is a common occurrence, so unless you are 100% sure you will like your purchase/ not be affected by the quality, I'd suggest ordering from elsewhere.

Wouldn’t recommend. Terrible customer service, they sent me a broken jewelry and took days to reply to my email. When I addressed this on their social media they told me to “be patient”. Why would I be patient when it comes to my money, when you guys were so quick to take mine! After I addressed this I got many people messaging me saying they went through the same thing, and some of them didn’t receive their money back nor a replacement. The workers are RUDE. Stay away.
