I ordered the 1990 ring and heart…
I ordered the 1990 ring and heart huggies. I've ordered a couple rings from other shops but nothing beats the quality on the 1990 ring, it looks and feels like actual real gold! I'M OBSESSED WITH IT and never wanna take it off. The huggies are an everyday staple I love it so much. I was worried it might take long considering where I'm from, but it actually came so fast! Can't wait to buy more from them.

Consistently gorgeous and high quality jewellery at great prices! My go to place for gold filled jewellery! Have bought from them several times and everything has been great quality, nothing has tarnished or broken and has always arrived in good time.

Stay away!
Wish I had read the reviews.
I bought quite a few times from image gang as love their pieces. My anklet arrived damaged, was told to send it back which I did. Had no response, was then told that the address THEY HAD GIVEN ME to return was no longer active and they had moved. Really long with replies . So I basically paid for an £18 anklet plus postage and pay to post back (when was not my fault) and ended up with nothing!
They had no remorse knowing they told me to send my item to the incorrect address and continued to ignore my emails.

I ordered 2 pairs of hoop earrings as a 1st time buyer with Image Gang. I recieved them both with speedy delivery however when I got them, 1 pair was damaged, which can happen. So I got in touch & was told to send the pair back & these would be replaced which they were. Nice new shiny pair, no damage. All sorted within a week of me getting in touch. Thank you! Good customer service too. I will buy from again ❤️

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought a necklace 3 weeks ago and asked for an exchange, the girl Kennedy Clarke, Marketing and Customer Service Assistant started off very helpful and told me to send the necklace back and they would send me out a replacement.
I got the necklace sent back first class tracked and it arrived with Image Gang within a few days. 6 emails later and I've still had no responce from them. Their Instagram page is full of people in the comments section asking someone to respond to their emails.
I'm £30 down and not happy at all. If I could give a 0 I would
