Vriendelijk. Ma kon beter. Moest zelf alle juwelen eraf halen om te kunnen passen. Hier werd niet mee geholpen. Dit kan ook door Corona natuurlijk. Opzich was de verkoopster wel vriendelijk

Really like the Brussels studio piercing!
My daughter and myself had our ears pierced there several twice. Each time, we were warmly welcomed, and friendly advised and reassured. We felt very confortable. We'll come back for a 3st time for sure :-)

Goede klantenservice maar verkeurd juweeltje
De vrouw die de piercing plaatste was zeer vriendelijk. Ik had in juli de Trio Lino 14k gold piercing genomen. Sinds kort was die enorm ontstoken dus moest ik deze van de dokter ontsmetten. Hierdoor is die verkleurd, ookal dacht ik dat het niet kon bij een 14K goude piercing.
Wel jammer want het is een heel mooi juweeltje!

Hi, kan je ons misschien een foto sturen van de verkleuring naar info@imaginjewels.com ? Dit zou namelijk niet mogen. Wel kan je gouden juweel zijn glans verliezen door de ontsmetting alcohol. Wij raden bij een ontstoken piercing steeds terramycine aan (oogzalf) dit omdat het heel ontstekkings remmend werkt, maar ook zacht is voor de huid en de juwelen. Hopelijk hebben we je zo verder kunnen helpen. Alvast bedankt om voor I.Ma.Gi.N. Jewels te kiezen!

Liège
Service et accueil toujours très agréable au magasin situé à Liège. Très beaux bijoux, de qualité. Service après-vente apprécié en cas de problème. Juste un tout petit bémol, j'aimerais voir plus de bijoux argentés dans la gamme proposée, et notamment pour les piercings.

This the second time I bought earrings who falling down cause they are not good! I’ve never had something like that and I wear earring since 40 years!!! I’m not happy at all , the second one was a gift I received for Christmas who’s not cheaply at all!
