One of my favorite Valorant experiences
Overall the classes were really enjoyable to be a part of and extremely helpful in developing a better understanding of the game. All the coaches are very kind and willing to help you improve all you have to do is ask. The vibe of the community is just so improvement focused and that makes it a very kind and welcoming community.
My experience with the program
to be honest I put a lot of work in individually before joining the program, constant valorant videos and practices as much as I can but there was only so much i can do. After joining the program it has help me a lot on pin pointing specific strengths and weaknesses I needed to work on not only with game mechanics and game sense but also with mental as well. Being in the program helped me focus on a lot of things I wasn't aware of before and even improve a lot on what I already had both in the mechanics and game sense department. its safe to say the program really works and I was able to hit a new peak as well as meet amazing people willing to improve and keep up the grind. I would highly recommend this to people who feel like they are stuck or feel like they aren't able to improve because going through the process and believing in both the coaches and your own abilities as well helps a lot both short term and in the long term.
if you take Valorant seriously join the communitie
i tought that i could not get much further or better in valorant but after allready 1 week i saw huge progress and now after 1 month i feel like i still can improve
but to sume things up if you want to improve in valorant take the course 100%
A must for anyone wanting to take Valorant seriously
I always thought I was pretty good at video games and wanted to prove it to myself.
But after jumping from game to game and platform to platform, I found it hard to find the one game I wanted to take seriously.
Valorant is the game I decided to actually commit to and after some time I made decent progress but not enough for me to feel like I had given my all, but I didn't know what "giving my all" meant. What was it that I wanted to achieve?
IRP helped me find the path I wanted to take and gave me great guidance in being able to create and achieve the goals I wanted. In fact, I managed to jump a whole division from Plat 1 to Diamond in 7 days thanks to the invaluable advice they provided.
I'd like to personally thank coach comet and evaD for always being on hand whenever I needed any questions answered, no matter what it was, coach Maru for fundamentally changing how I approached movement within literally 10mins, and my GOAT coach Milan for essentially moulding me into the player I want to be going forward.
I really appreciated the fact these coaches don't just regurgitate facts and theories to you, they actively advise you on what you need to do to improve and ensure you are taking this advice and processing it into your own growth.
Maybe if I had more game time, my improvements would be even higher and maybe the course is a little pricey. But the community you get to join is one of, if not THE best, out there and I could not recommend this program enough if you genuinely want to get better at Valorant, in every sense.
Did Not Believe I Could get This high until I joined
I was hardstuck ascendant before joining but through the lessons and 1 on 1s I was able to hit immo3 peak. This is despite not being able to join the drills due to region differences. All the 1 on 1s were extremely insightful and impacted the way I play for the better so that I could climb. Would recommend for anyone who is serious in trying to rank up. Coaches were also extra responsive to my DMs which helped massively in my motivation and mindset.
Awesome Staff
I've always been a very anxious person when it comes to playing ranked game modes in competitive games, and Valorant was no exception. When I heard about the chance to apply for a coaching program that was advertised on YouTube to help ranked anxiety, I couldn't have been more exited to jump on the opportunity.
After spending 10 weeks as a student in the Immortal Roadmap Program, I would say that I achieved my goal of being a less anxious player. Coach Milan, Maru, Comet, and head coach evaD are all amazing, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They know their Valorant, that's for sure. For me in particular, coach Milan was the biggest help while being in the IRP; he's the coach I booked all of my 1-on-1 sessions with through out my time in the program. Milan was super supportive and was very helpful in identifying what was holding me back in my ranked climb. Because of this, I can say that I gained the tools and knowledge necessary to be a more confident player in my games. It may sound like some glaze, but it's true; Milan was awesome, and all of the coaches are just like him too when it comes to their students' success.
You can think of the IRP as enrolling in a college level Valorant class. This program is not for the faint of heart, but if you are a driven player who wants the highest form of support from some of the best in the game, look no further; they will help you achieve your goals if you really truly desire them.
What an amazing coaching program
I started playing Valorant in September of lats year when I got my first pc and I instantly fell in love with the game. I played a lot of Call of Duty before I started playing Valorant because I only had a console. I always wanted to play CSGO and Val, but never could. I invested a lot of time into Call of Duty to try and go pro. The thing is I never loved the game. Now that I started playing the game I wanted to play I scoured the internet for help to improve in Valorant. I paid for Skilled Capped, but I asked for a refund because I was not happy with there coaching and service.
BUT then I found IRP the coaching service I needed to make my way to pro easier because everything I needed to know to improve as a player and climb in ranked was giving to me in simple to understand, but amazing and informative classes. You don't only get group classes, but also 1-on-1s with coaches scrims and the amazing community of IRP.
Thanks So much Coach @Comet and Coach @Drenit for your amazing 1-on-1s you gave me.
Because of IRP I do not feal like a lost sheep in the middle of the field lost and demotivated, but like the heard leader. I know this is not related to Valorant, but that is the best way I can describe it.
So what are you waiting for, signup for IRP. You will not regret it!
Thank you IRP
IRP Experience
Definitely a worth it investment. If you want to improve and be surrounded by people that have the same mindset as you, this is the place for you. The 1 on 1s will really elevate your game and you'll see errors and things you can do to improve that you wouldn't have noticed on your own. The community (including the community scrims) overall is very fun to be around. You also have a mountain of knowledge waiting for you at the website. This place is worth every penny!
Great Experience?
I started the IRP program after working with several Metafy coaches and not being fully satisfied. After joining IRP completley changed my view on VALORANT Coaching entirely.
The program helped me a lot on realizing more in depth what I was lacking in the game, specially on the 1 on 1s. I felt like my coach, Coach randomnoob, was a lot more invested in helping me improve than most other people I've worked with in the past and he made experience enjoyable for you.
In general I would recomend this program to anyone who is exetremely invested and commited to improving in their game because in my opinion they will 100% help you become a better player.
One of the BEST Valo Communities
As someone who isn't comfortable with the competitive aspect of Valorant the IRP community has been nothing but supportive. Both the coaches and fellow players/students are your biggest cheerleaders. Scrims are a great learning opportunity as well as the weekly classes. While my season has long been over this community has been another family to me and I wouldn't trade any of my experiences with them for anything.
The resources available are great references and you can always join in the classes even if you are not in the current season. Lifelong support and resources!
Helpful coaches, great community, fun games
I’ve been in IRP for about a year, and I joined before I was competing for VCT GC. I started in low diamond, and now am consistently playing in ascendant lobbies. The coaches were VERY supportive in providing 1 on 1 feedback that was specific to my personal goals and needs to improve in my matches. They followed up with my progress after VOD reviews and were able to point out areas that needed improvement while also celebrating my wins with me. The community was very supportive and I made great friends where we can discuss about games and other topics as well. Overall really enjoyable experience, and even though I don’t play the game as much, I can always come back to the community and reach out if I needed help with game related questions
Amazing program <3
I can't say enough good things about this program but I'll try to keep it as short and simple as possible, I've had nothing but positive and rewarding experiences with IRP. Every aspect of my gameplay was elevated from my mechanics to gamesense to my general mentality. The routines and exercises provided to me were tailored to my specific needs and just took my in game performance to another level. The coaches are all patient, kind, passionate, and experienced in this field for work, there is also so much variety to learn from. The entire environment of IRP is very safe and welcoming ranging from the community / your peers to the staff who handle financials. I have never yet had a bad experience while interacting with anyone from this community in my year of being active. The 5 star rating I gave is extremely deserved as my entire perception and understanding of the game is forever changed. Thank you IRP! :)
I‘ve been playing Valorant for a 1…
I‘ve been playing Valorant for about 1 1/2 Years before joining IRP and I was struggling to get out of ascendant for almost 9 months. I have never received professional coaching before so I was kinda sceptical at first. That all changed though as soon as I started working with @evad and the rest of Konpekis team.
We started working on my personal strenghts and weaknesses in our 1on1 coaching sessions. VOD reviewing was definitely the number 1 thing helping me out the most. Getting your plays highlighted and analysed by someone else who already has a lot of expirience, puts a new light on everything you do ingame.
I started implementing the changes to my gameplay and I reached a new peak rank only 9 days into IRP. After the rank reset in episode 7 I went from diamond 1 straight to Immortal. I‘m not saying IRP is like a miracle, you will still need to put in the work and grind the game to become a better player, however I couldn‘t have done it without their help. Huge shoutouts to @evaD and the other coaches, they work tirelessly to help you achieve your goals and they are with you every step of the way. I can‘t thank these guys enough.
Aside from the coaching, I‘ve made alot of great friends ever since I joined, and the community feels more like a family to me now. I am proud to call myself an IRP Graduate and for everyone who is still sceptical about joining I can only tell you to at least try it out.
Even if you don‘t see immediate results, you are getting lifetime access to the IRP website, where every single lesson is posted. I have never seen that amount of detailed information and recources about the game anywhere else.
In conclusion: I was holding myself back by not accepting the fact that I wasn‘t getting any better on my own. Sometimes, a little help is all you need to grow as a player. I am now confident in myself and have all the tools at my disposal to be the best version of myself, all thanks to Konpeki and the IRP Team. Thank all you guys again. <3
Techno testimonial
Allo you guys may know me as Techno I participate actively in the IRP program server i've also had the opportunity too work behinds the scenes with Konpeki as an intern learning what goes into making a really good videos that can go vial this is many of the vast opportunities you are able too get yourself into. I joined IRP for season 12 in the hopes of getting better at valorant and grow as a content creator. This program is excellent, in my opinion, and I really like that you have LIFETIME access to it and the lessons it teaches. You may always go back and speak with the instructors, look over previous materials, and take part in scrims to get some active experience pushing yourself if you're stuck or want to learn more. Although I have participated in training programs in the past, I believe this one to be the most enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and worthwhile.
For $1,500, you can get way more value
IRP was about $1500 when my class joined. For $1500, you get classes (which apparently they think they have to clarify as "lessons and advanced lessons"), scrims, drills (basically server time practicing execs that'll never happen in your ranked games), and VOD reviews. Apprently they've added assessments now. If you go to Metafy, you can actually book one of IRP coaches for 50 HOURS of 1-on-1 for the same amount, and the value you'll get from 50 hours with evaD vs being in IRP is exponentially greater. The "guarantee" isn't a guarantee as most people don't hit their 6 divisions. I know of many that have been hardstuck for months with zero support from the coaches. Note that 90% they posted, they didn't clarify whether it happens within the timeframe, and they add a bunch of specific criteria so that they don't have to count a bunch of students who don't hit the guarantee. Also, you should ask if it's a money-back guarantee. It isn't ;)
Community is good but can be toxic. When I asked a coach to ask someone to stop calling teammates r*tarded in scrims, they told me it was a cultural difference of EU vs NA, tf?!

Silver 3 - Gold 3 and still grinding
This program really did help. I can’t believe how much I learned. The last 2 weeks of IRP I’ve become busy with life but I’m sure I would of hit plat during the final weeks. Shortly after I had time and the IRP season ended, I did hit plat. I KNOW I’ll peak Diamond by the end of this act. My gamesense and aim have improved majorly. The program is fun with all the scrims and friendly people. It’s amazing getting to learn from the best of the best as well. I give thanks to IRP and especially my coach, Tiraye. I really appreciate everything she taught me. She is very nice and explains things very well. Thank you IRP, the program is definitely worth the money!

Worth your time and money
I started the IRP programme just switching over to PC and starting Valorant. And as someone who has played at a high level in other games I can honestly say IRP is a 10/10 if you are serious about improving your game. I placed bronze 2 and felt stuck when I interviewed and once I finished I ended up Plat 2 after 6 weeks. They utilised a multitude of different tools and methods to help suit you best and they really help you progress in ways many other coaching programmes don't by helping you identify how to get better by yourself and you are always welcome to message them anytime for help. They have some very qualified coaches with people who have started like me coming from console and climbing to radiant so they understand the struggle and common faults.
I would definitely recommend IRP to anyone looking to seriously improve their game or push to make it to the pro scene.
10/10
IRP was a fantastic financial decision for me. I joined up around the start of September and it has allowed me to gain the knowledge and skills to compete with ascendent level players. As of right now I climbed from plat 1 to diamond 1, but I am still going and wont be stopping anytime.
Gold 2 to plat 3 player
My name is abunatalie I started the program as a gold 2 player seeking to improve my game play after 3 weeks I hit a new peek level into a totally new rank plat 1 then after some more weeks I went into plat 3 and it was my first time hitting 5 divisions in few weeks, my biggest challenge was a game sense the program helped me a lot in that problem and fixed it still needs more improvement but after all am very happy with the results, my coach Mr.Randomnoob was great person and coach every time I come with a struggling problem he was very helpful, he gave me a lot of points to work on and he was able to help me hit that rank i would never hit that without him.
