Very good products, staff are always helpful and nice to deal with, good delivery, well done IMMYZ 🙃😀

Very fast delivery .. and they will phone you if they haven’t the favours you asked for for alternative .. good service

Didn't have the liquid I wanted, but they rang me as soon as they received my order , manage to change it to another flavour I like .

Website is easy to use, delivery is fast, and products are always perfect.

They keep you informed about your order, and if they can't fulfill your order they contact you immediately and offer you alternatives. I would recommend them strongly.

Good service

I’ve been using Immzy for quite a while now and will keep using them

Great customer service and products

It was a great experience, got exactly what i needed!

Done 2 orders before the 7pm next day delivery but didn’t get sent till following day. Im not knocking you as indeed my deliveries did turn up and I I do have your email reply as to why the last order was late dispatch, which was the following day, great vapes and great prices just highlighting that if you want same day dispatch think about ordering earlier in the day,

Been ordering online for over 6 months now and only had 1 issue which was no fault of IMMYZ, fault lay with royal mail. Got in touch, had emails and phone calls to sort out the issue and new order was sent ASAP. Great communication, great value and quality! Have recommended shop/site to friends! Very happy customer! Thank you IMMYZ! Top seller

I have ordered twice the first order one vape didn’t work but I wasn’t that bothered about it. The second order two vapes didn’t work so I contacted customer service but it has been a whole week and I have had no response at all. I asked for a replacement or a refund and nothing. They were quick to contact me when one of the vapes I ordered was out of stock so I could choose something else because they wanted my money now there is a problem it silence from them. I won’t be ordering from them again.
