Hi Madhav, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We had already requested our delivery partner to cancel the shipment, but unfortunately the order was still delivered due to an operational issue at the delivery partner's end, which happens very rarely.
As this was a COD order, the package was accepted and paid for at the time of delivery. You or the person receiving the package could have confirmed the order status before making the payment. We kindly request customers to double-check before accepting COD orders.
Please note that we are not a delivery or logistics company ourselves and rely on third-party courier partners for deliveries. Nevertheless, we completely understand your frustration and truly regret the inconvenience caused.

Hi Sanjeev,
We made multiple follow-ups with the logistics partner, Xpressbees, regarding your shipment. Today, we received confirmation that the AWB has unfortunately been lost in transit.
As a resolution, we have initiated the refund process, and the amount should reflect in your account within 5–7 business days.
We understand how frustrating this experience has been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback has been shared with the upper management team, and we are continuously working to improve our delivery experience and service quality going forward.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi Anmol,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
As per the tracking details, your order was delivered on 6th May. We understand that this was beyond the expected delivery timeline and not the experience we intended to provide.
We have already shared this feedback with our logistics partner and have requested them to ensure expedited deliveries going forward. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the process.
We hope you enjoy the mints.
