Excellent Service and Stress-Free Turf Installation
We used Imperial Grass to install the AstroTurf we had purchased ourselves. The office team was easy to deal with and maintained great communication throughout, keeping in touch via phone and WhatsApp. The installation process was completely stress-free, and the team who worked in our garden did a fantastic job. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. The office staff were always responsive and answered all our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend Imperial Grass.

Pain free from start to finish and a stunning result
I cannot recommend this company enough, it has been the most pain free service I have ever recieved from the initial call for a quote ( which was the cheapest ) to the final fantastic result. Roberto and his lads done a stunning job and left my garden clean and tidy.

Roberto and he's team did a fantastic job. I had artificial grass laid and it looks amazing. The team were very polite and explained everything very clearly, made sure I was happy with the plan before starting. They were very professional. Even booking the job was seamless. Neeru was so helpful and answered the many many questions I had. Everyone I have engaged with from this company have made it a great experience. I would definitely recommend them.

A superb company!!!
I have used contractors for the past 40 years and Renan and his team are the best I have ever employed.
From our first meeting it was obvious they just “know what they are doing!” From design to installation they were brilliant.
Polite, efficient and tidy despite having a really awkward access to our garden.
We are so delighted with our new garden and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks Renan.

Amazing service
I’m very happy with the work the team carried out for me, good communication from booking the install date to completion of the job! Worked fast and left the garden spotless when they were finished! Also these guys were very competitive on price so I feel I got an amazing deal for what I paid.

I just can’t recommend imperial grass…
I just can’t recommend imperial grass enough! So much so I’ve had them back twice (to do another area) then they did an amazing job for my daughter & neighbours.
From the first message they were so professional.
Every time they’ve turned up
On time, got on with the job very fast and completed in no time at all
Cleared up everything like they’d never been here.
I wish every job I’d had done was completed like this.
We could not be happier with the end result and highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW!
Thank you so much to Roberto and his amazing crew for transforming my garden from a muddy ugly mess to a beautiful green space in only one day!
I have two Golden Retrievers so it was so important that we had something that would stand up to their needs. The Admin team were so helpful in suggesting what would be best for us.
Renan did our site survey and was fabulous at getting things sorted in advance of the crew arriving to start the work.
Imperial Grass were nothing short of amazing and we could not be happier with their work.
These guys worked tirelessly to ensure that the job was done perfectly…
I was home from work and saw first hand the work it took to level my garden…it had slopes and all sorts but I watched the crew go over it so many times to get it just right.
We are so happy with our garden now!

Sadley after 2 years we have given up…
Sadley after 2 years we have given up on the grass. The only reason we went with this company was because they said we would not get any smells from our 2 dogs.
Within a year it was smelling and they came out to look and we had to pay for a deep clean. This didn’t work and smell continued. We spent hundreds on cleaning products and the smell continues. They just want me to keep paying for deep cleaning.

Yes correct about date but this happened within a year and this is when the deep cleaning was done. As this didn’t work that’s when we looked at using chemicals. When this didn’t work you offered the K9 grass but at my cost. We didn’t have another deep clean because at £250 a time it was a waste of time. We would love the K9 grass but even at a reduced cost it’s still too much. It is a shame as you did a great job but we was never told it would need 3 times a year maintenance.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your artificial grass. However, we’d like to clarify some important details to ensure transparency for both you and future customers.
Your installation was completed over three years ago, and as we discussed at the time, while our grass is pet-friendly, it does not prevent odours if proper maintenance is not carried out. Given that you have two dogs using the area daily as their toilet, regular cleaning and maintenance are essential to prevent smells from developing.
We recommended three deep cleaning services per year, with at least one being mandatory to maintain the warranty. However, in the past three years, only one deep clean has been completed. Additionally, we provided guidance on effective cleaning products to help manage odours, but it appears maintenance may not have been carried out as advised.
To help resolve this issue, we introduced our new K9 grass in 2024, specifically designed to eliminate pet odours. We even offered you a sample to test, but you declined. We also suggested replacing your existing grass with the K9 grass for a long-term solution, which you chose not to proceed with.
Many of our customers with pets successfully maintain fresh-smelling artificial grass by following our cleaning and maintenance recommendations. Unfortunately, without regular upkeep, odours will persist over time.
We remain available to assist you with solutions, whether through professional deep cleaning services or upgrading to our K9 grass. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss options further.
