This review is for Evergreensuk, which I think is the parent company to Lazylawns, but they aren't on Trustpilot. I am a Head Teacher at a primary school and we had our all-weather pitch updated 3 years ago, after extensive fund-raising, and used Nomow to fit the astroturf. As I understand it, Nomow no longer exist and were bought by Evergreensuk, more info on this would be good.
We had a 10-year warranty for this.
3 months ago the joins stated to come way from the tape and it was noticed there wasn't recommended amount of glue used. The site manager emailed EvergreensUK and they asked for photos and we had a reply but despite 6 more emails, including from me, we have heard nothing.
We are a town school with no field and our pitch is used every day. It's now been out of action for way too long and has affected the running of the school and the children's opportunities for sport.
The 1 star is for EvergreensUK not honouring the warranty. I welcome being corrected on any of this but the point still stands that our children have had no access to a recently refurbished pitch.

Recently had artificial grass fitted by lazy lawn Derbyshire. Excellent service from speaking to Amanda, and Haydn coming to give me a quote.He explained how the job would be done,I was pleasantly surprised with the price.Haydn and his team turned up on time,and worked non stop until it was finished, even though the first two hours it was raining ,they are an excellent team. left everything clean and tidy . I am amazed how it has transformed my garden ,would definitely recommend.

Choose the ‘Sol’ grass. Helpful in organising the grass over here and fitting advice. Pleased with the look. Thanks.

I do not know what went wrong. You'd have to ask LazyLawn. Suffice to say that realising I was never likely to receive the goods I ordered and paid for I requested to cancel the order and asked for a refund. This was accepted by 2 managers. I have their emails as proof. This was agreed on the 8th May and I am still waiting for my refund. It is now the 20th. To add insult to injury I contacted the commercial manager to inform him that I have not been refunded and he replied that he would ask the "finance team" to look into it. The upshot of this was I then received a further invoice for the for the artificial turf they would not send me?? I have informed the company that since they will not provide my refund I have requested my card company to make a chargeback on LazyLawn in the sum of what I paid them but sadly, the legal bit says, I have to wait 15 days from the date of being told I would be refunded. OK I'll wait.
What a shoddy way to run a business by a bunch of "no mark" so called managers. A simple phone call to the important person, the customer, could have sorted this all out but they don't have the nous. My impression is: the commercial manager is sitting at his desk next to the sales manager and the finance manager on the other side of the room and between them they cannot sort out a simple problem. Should be 0 stars

Excellent service, competitive pricing. Turned up on time and lads worked non stop for two days and left me with a perfect lawn

Extremely Professional from the initial contact to completion. Josh who fitted the grass was very polite and courteous throughout the day. The work carried out far exceeded my expectations. Area was left clean and tidy.

Had the work carried out a month ago and thought I would leave doing a review until I had time to see how it had bedded in, it looks good and with the amount of rain we’ve had lately it drains incredibly well, Craig and the installation team were polite and extremely tidy throughout the installation and done a very good job
The downside of the process was installation moved twice and a attempt to move a third time did not go down well, also was meant to completely cover a manhole but cut around it instead and when this was brought up with the area rep was told I think it’s looks good, not the response I was expecting, yes looks good but not what was agreed, also they over ordered a bag of aggregate and came to take it away two days later which was fine but no sign of an offer of a refund for the £80 it cost which I presume I paid for in the quote, the offer would of been nice and showed professionalism.
Overall a nice finish but a few things that has put a dent in the overall experience

Great service from start to finish. Steve from Lazy Lawn Sandbach was brilliant. He came out to do a site visit and was very helpful and informative. He then slotted us in to have our lawn done 4 days after. The result is amazing, and our dogs love it. It looks and feels great, fantastic quality product and service. Steve and Cole worked so hard to fit it, they were very tidy and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Lazy Lawn Sandbach, cannot fault anything. Wish we had done it years ago, we can now look at a perfect lawn all year round. Thanks Steve, for such outstanding service and a life changing product.

Would highly recommend Haydn and his team who completely renovated our garden in two days and it looks absolutely amazing

Sent some shocking coloured grass for the nursery school I agreed to repay the stocking fee to return but a month later still no collection . Poor communication and no reply.

Really happy with our new LazyLawn! The team were friendly, quick, and did a great job. The lawn looks natural, and we don’t need to worry about muddy patches anymore, particularly after the dry weather this year (even up north!). Would definitely recommend!

From intial contact with Amanda, to having Haydn come around and quote, it has been plain sailing.
The job was scheduled for October and we opted for a fit in if availabilty arose, and they kept their word and offered us a cancellation slot.
The work from Haydn and the team is fantastic, and offered help if i needed to replace the rotary fixing if it ever needs it, as the grass will out perform the lifespan of it.
Truly pleased with the whole experience, thank you Amanda, Haydn and team 10/10

Bought a small section of synthetic lazylawn for my holiday property. Straight forward to install to the concrete base, and made a big difference to look and feel of the garden area. Can’t fault the customer service team and their help with getting it delivered.

I was due to have my lawn fit after a 6 week wait and the franchise stopped their business so with 3 days to go, I wasn’t getting a lawn.

I contacted head office, explained the situation, was told I would get a call back the same day or next, I haven’t had any contact and I’m now left with a lawn of soil. Terrible service for a customer that had already placed the order and then cancelled

From start to finish a great experience. Hannah gave excellent advice. The work men were super polite and worked very neatly and tidied up. The grass looks amazing. Super happy. Will absolutely use this company again!
