Never had any issues with Importitall ever. I've ordered from them previously on a few occasions. Everything runs like clockwork and they're always updating shipping info. Very satisfied.

I ordered a Mclaren car for my son…
I ordered a Mclaren car for my son which was supposed to be for a 12 year old I received a purple Lamborghini for a 3 year old instead. Very disappointed. It was super expensive for something that I could've got for five thousand or less.

In the product description, as well as the images, it states the following:
"This motorized toy car is suitable for children from 37 to 95 month old and bears up to 55 lbs."
Are you sure you have contacted the correct store, or are referring to the correct order as none of the details you have provided seem to match the order you placed?
