The item arrived on time and in good condition. This was also the cheapest import service that I managed to find (that delivers to your door - using the post office would be cheaper but risky and would take long.)

I was waiting for the product for about one month. If I knew it would take so long, I would have ordered it myself from Temu. An only one item was delivered instead ordered two. These are complicated orders as they are sourced from overseas and have to clear customs in South Africa. And yet they still manage to keep you informed and up to date, even through the festive season.
