OK But could be better
Been using these for a while and they are ok. My one gripe would be that urine gathers in the one spot so eventually leaks but 2/3 of the pad is still bone dry. It would be better if it wicked away along the pad evenly so it didn’t leak, especially at night.

Delivery improvement needed
Quick delivery however, considering this product , which is a big box , is for an elderly lady it is not ideal that the parcel is delivered and left outside because she is slow coming to the door . I feel the shipping agent has been changed since we started ordering

Adult nappies are difficult to buy in retail shops therefore the range available from the Incontinence Shop is excellent and are the cheapest on line too.
It can be embarrassing to admit that you wear adult nappies therefore it's easier and more discreet to buy on line and free delivery for orders over £50 too.

A very reliable company
I order goods for an elderly relative who lives 2hrs away from me, and I sometimes have to order at short notice, whenever I order it is quick and easy and delivery is very prompt. A very reliable company.

I am a regular buyer from you, used to order monthly until I was surprised that the company change the product quality, I stoped ordering and return my order and above this had to pay for the return shipping, the new product is less quality and same price 🤷♂️

Bought multipack Drylite level 3 pads…
Bought multipack Drylite level 3 pads from the website. The pads I received are nothing light what you see visually on the packaging. I queried it and was told I received the correct pads and there were slight adjustments as they had changed the manufacturer and location. The pads shown are a triangular shape similar to the Tena pads which are ideal for comfort. The pads I received were rectangular and uncomfortable to wear. Just a heads up if someone is thinking of ordering.
