I would think twice about using the Incontinence Shop.
I placed my order and the delivery time seemed reasonable.
However when I didn't receive my order I contacted the shop. I then had to chase it up before they instigated finding out what had happened to my order.
I was eventually told my order was delivered to a neighbour, though I had requested no deliveries to neighbours .
My neighbour who is not answering the door has my order.
I then contacted the shop to explain I have tied many times to get my order and I would like a refund, to which they refused. They take no responsibility to delivering to my neighbour and not myself.
We know have to instigate legal process to recover our money.
Never deal with a shop who doesn't take ownership for its own fault and will take your money for goods not received.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We’re sorry to hear your order has been delivered to your neighbour rather than yourself.
I have looked into the tracking on your order and I can see delivery had been attempted but no one was home. Delivery was then attempted a second time but again no one was home. Yodel by default will then attempt to deliver to a neighbour which looks to be the case. I understand you say you had requested no deliveries to neighbours. If this instruction hasn’t been followed we’d recommend you raise this with Yodel. We will raise this with them too so that the delivery can be investigated. In the meantime we’d advise you to try and contact your neighbour again to retrieve the parcel.
Sadly we’re unable to monitor every delivery and always encourage customers to keep an eye on the tracking page so that a delivery can be held for a time when their home.
The next steps are for us to allow Yodel time to investigate the delivery before proceeding with a replacement or refund. As soon as we have an update we’ll been in touch. In the meantime if you do hear from Yodel or receive the order please let us know.

Word of warning
Word of warning. I ordered my first delivery in January of 80 night pads, I set up a subscription for it at the same time.
The order was every 12 weeks.
12 weeks = 84 days.
My pack had 80 pads in.
I would have expected a company to deliver within or on the 80 days.
When I checked my account it said the order would be generated on the 80th day. I foolishly presumed this would be the delivery date.
Oh no!!!
I am left 4 nights short.
A nightmare situation has arose.

Hello and thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the delivery interval information wasn’t clear enough. We’ll use your feedback to update the subscribe and save information to help prevent this kind of issue in the future. For clarification, our subscribe and save feature isn’t linked to the number of products in a pack. It’s the number of packs you’d like to receive at a set interval. In your particular scenario we’d recommend switching to the 8 week schedule to avoid running out. We’re currently considering adding extra intervals. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Excellent Service!
I have used IncontinenceUK for just under a year for a monthly order and have been very pleased with the service which has been professional and faultless. It has been one less worry to deal with as a sole carer for my wife, and has proved to be cheaper and more reliable than my local supermarket delivery.
I was concerned that the standard shipping used Yodel, but the local service was excellent.
As my wife is now in a nursing home, I no longer need to use this company, but would like to thank them for their service.
