Collection from garage haphazard. Couriers fault.
Notification of delivery by courier to collection point was hap hazard.
No text was sent to my phone so there was a long delay resulting in a lengthy queue (it was a garage) with some irritated people.

Great site, easy to order, speedy delivery, correct goods, already using. However, I rather think they are old stock!
I would also like the option of buying a box full of six packs, instead of odd numbers, eg: 5 or 7 - most disconcerting!

Always use, easy ordering and very reliable. The products are for my eldery mum, she doesn't live nearby and the items are always left in her porch for the carers to deal with.
