TOTAL CON AND A SHOCKING SO CALLED STRIMMER BLADE. It took over two weeks to arrive and in lass than 20 minutes strimming doc weeds, all blades bent up.
We were all conned with misleading video's on social media.

Do not buy this product! It is a total scam. In theory it could work but it won’t fit and the extra fitting kit is a total waste of time. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Do not purchase the attachment will not fit and the conversion kit is useless whilst they will answer messages they will not refund or give a return address. The only way to get money back is if you paid via credit card or PayPal. meta you are as guilty as these fraudsters for running their fake claims.

I've also been scammed and am feeling angry at myself for having been taken in. The packaging is rudimentary and it's clear from the start that the blade isn't fit for purpose - an adaptor kit would also be required and it's doubtful that that would even work. Avoid this lot at all costs.

Having been scammed once by this ‘product’ I now note they have updated the image of the strimmer they advertise. It looks better but actually also looks lethal like some martial art device which is what I suspect it once was. Like the previous version was actually a drill head used to remove rust. Which I suspect is still the version you actually receive and need to pay to send back to China. And guess what the onsite fake reviews for the new product are the same as for the old product just updated. Do trust pilot send these real reviews to marketing groups like Facebook who currently allow the adverts and are basically party to fraud? One other thing to note is that the product doesn’t come from China - it comes from Surrey - it arrived with me 2 days after order - there is a UK return mailing address on the package -despite a faux ‘shipping transit update ‘ but they insist you send it back to China to qualify for a refund. By the way they only tell you that in the order confirmation. Total scammers. Chinese suppliers need to be held to account by some sort of UK based bail account.

Doesn't fit our Bosch strimmer, despite being advertised as being able to fit every major brand.
Purchased the adapter kit on their recommendation, so now we have spent extra and they refuse to refund- even though not as advertised. They offered 20% discount for us to keep the parts, which would leave us £30 or so out of pocket.

I'd personally avoid this company as whilst they respond to their emails quickly, they are not meeting legal trading standards by making false claims as to their product fitting all strimmers.

Further to my previous post, I asked for the 20% refund (and keep the useless item) and I did receive that refund. However, there are further warning signs--the website does not contain any UK company address. Also it shows that indestructibletrimmer is trademarked. It isnt as far as I can tell.

Bought one of these INDESTRUCTIBLE TRIMMERS, used it three times to cut grass and after the third cut all the blades bent up at the ends. Contacted the company who basically said we didn’t see how it happened so tough. Don’t waste your money but If you buy one make sure you video each time you use it or don’t expect any help if it goes wrong.

I wish I had checked the reviews first. Ugh!!! Basically, you pay £29.99 (sale ends today - for the past two weeks!!!) for a strimmer head that doesn't fit. Surely a mistake? They forgot the nuts and adaptors on the advert and pictures on their website? Nope. That's an EXTRA £29.99!!! Awful.

Don't bother. The 'Indestructible' strimmer blade bent and became unusable within 30 seconds of it's first use. Contacted customer support asking for a replacement and they refused saying my claim was just outside their 30 day warranty period. Wrote back again but have heard nothing since. Seems like it is a scam to me with no interest in customer support or the quality of the products being sent out.

I just wanted to add a further comment to my previous review. I ordered the blades for the strimmer (£14.99) and when it arrived I attempted to attach it to my Flymo (quote: "it fits every strimmer" and they even have a photo of a Flymo in their advertising literature). I couldn't find any way to get it to fit, so I sent photographs of the relevant part of the strimmer and asked what I should do? They replied: "Purchase the attachment kit" which I did (£19.99). However, this didn't work either. So I went to two local garden machinery companies, both of which said it was not possible to fit either of these parts to my strimmer. I therefore sent an email to the company asking for an explanation and an address to send the parts back and requested a refund. Their next email stated I had passed their 30 day "refund policy" and - in essence - tough luck, no refund was possible. I explained that the delays were entirely due to the fact that the product was impossible to use, I had solicited professional help, and therefore they were in breach of endless Consumer Rights laws and could they - once again - send me their address. The correspondence then stopped from their side. I have tried to establish who this company actually, and who their directors are, in the UK without success because I fully intend to take this matter further because of what I believe is a blatant fraud, and I want to stop others being misled as I was.

Further to my review of a few months ago, I have twice contacted Facebook highlighting this scam. They just do not want to know. I have suggested they read the comments on this site, but of course they haven’t and therefore complicit in continuing deceptions. May I ask that everyone reading this contacts Facebook and maybe they will then get the message.

Utter ripoff.
No instructions on how to fit this pile of junk.
Should be banned from selling in the UK.

Wish I had read the reviews, the same has happend to me the adaptor didnt fit my bosch strimmer, I tried my neighbours and two other freinds and it didnt fit any of those. I have been trying for two weeks to send the thing back, I keep asking for information for the delivery company and they just keep sending me the address, when I need contact names and email addresses for china. They offered me £7 and I could keep it, but it cost me £35 with the adaptor, and its o good to me. Please dont get conned like the rest of us.

Ordered both heads and also the universal fitting kit for my Stihl petrol strimmer. It did not fit. As a previous poster has said it has a 20mm diameter hole and my Stihl has a 10mm diameter post. So no way it was ever going to fit. Shame because it could have been a great addition. As it is I have wasted my money. Personally - I would avoid!

Completely agree with the previous dreadful reviews. They are obtaining monies by deception which is a crime and therefore by definition a criminal organisation! Do not get involved in any way whatsoever with them!

Should have read the revues, the blade eventually arrived from China. I am an engineer but couldn't see how to fit it, looked on the internet at adaptor set and couldn't see how that could work either to my Bosch strimmer. Will learn from my mistake and do more research in future, but be warned this blade is a complete load of junk.

Just tried to put a review on their site, obviously it didn't get published, because i slatted the item, they seem to think the indestructable strimmer is amazing, I would like to know if there reviews are genuine I doubt it. Someone should look into this.

Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews on Trust pilot -lesson learnt! Assured it would fit Bosch strimmer, bought adapter kit to make sure -silly me! What a waste of money 😔 Don't buy!
