As per all the others. It doesn't fit standard strimmers at all. Customer service are terrible to deal with and wriggle out of it anyway they can. Eventually got to the China address and 20% offer stage. I took that. I will never ever buy anything off facebook/Insta ads again.

As below avoid falling for this scam it’s an awful product mine is in the bin going to contact my bank for a refund.

Scam. Item is not 'universal' as advertised. Company operate as a 'Ltd' Co with a .co.uk address, however returns are directed to Hong Kong.

Absolute 100% scam NOT UK BASED product does not fit, very poor quality item sent from China and no chance of a refund. Facebook should check advertisers before promoting there products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unfortunately I fell for this scam. Looked good on Facebook. Tried to cancel order 2 days after placing it. They would not cancel. Product does not have any adapters to fit my Stihl trimmer. When I contact them for return, I was given a Chinese address for returns. Postage to China more than unit. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Terrible it is actually for a grinding wheel not a whipper snipper. No reply from customer service either. Don’t waste your money.

Absolute crap, brought the head which had nothing with it, then got 20% discount which I then used towards fhe adaptors which I had to buy separately, turned up with no screws, sh.t show.

Just to update you - I’ve just had 💯 % credit card refund by Tesco under section 75 - fraud by misrepresentation
Speak to your card people - this is an utter scam
Doesn’t fit U.K. - strimmers - neither does their universal Adapter
Not U.K. based - no U.K. returns address
Don’t be fooled by this Chinese : / Hong Kong scam

I cannot stress this enough, read the other reviews and do not go anywhere near this company.

- Product does not fit without the adapter kit which is sold separate and is not clear at the time of purchase
- It will need to be returned to CHINA if it is defective or damaged at your cost
- customer services don’t care and repeat/copy paste same messages over and over.

Total Rubbish, cheap pressed metal tat, that won't fit anything, like others I wish I had read these reveiws first, can't even find an address to return the dam thing.
If it had fitted I think it would have been dangerous and would have ended up causing an injury... PLEASE AVOID...

This is a complete scam - the trimmer head requires an adaptor kit costing an additional £15 and still it doesn’t fit my Ryobi strimmer.
At least I didn’t/couldn’t test its safety or performance The outcome could have been even worse!

Purchased this universal head but after 2 hours trying to fit it, took to my local mower shop who said this will not fit and is poor quality. Contacted the company who informed me that I need to buy an additional adaptor kit for £15 to enable it to be fitted. This is not stated on the website. They advertise that it is universal and fits all trimmers, there is no mention about needing this adaptor.
They also advertise that if you are not 100% happy they will refund. I have not been able to obtain a refund as when I started asking to return and refund they stopped communicating. Avoid this company at all costs. They trade as Amazing Ventures Limited, but they are far from amazing!

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this shoddy outfit. The "Indestructible Trimmer" was shipped from China. No instructions - just a big lump of useless metal. It turns out I need an adapter (which is pictured on the box but is crucially not included) - but this can be bought for a further £14.99 but no guarantee it will fit even with the adapter set as they do not tell you which models it fits. And forget trying to get a refund - and utter rip off. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute waste of time and money. Do not purchase this product.. looks so cheap and flimsy, there’s no way I would attach this to any strimmer. No instructions or attachment kit. Total scam. Out of interest I decided to go back to look on the Facebook ad and it seems to have disappeared or maybe I’ve been blocked now they taken my cash.

I was able to fit to my Makita brush cutter using Makita adaptors.

HOWEVER there is a reason nylon cord is used in strimmers - to withstand rocks, stones, fencing etc. The Indestructible trimmer blades are so flimsy they simply curl up at the ends when they hit a small stone.

I agree - useless, inadequate, dangerous and another Facebook scam with standard patter to refuse a refund (which they blatantly lie about on their website)

Avoid at all costs ! The adverts are fabulous and what you get it’s a blade only. Nothing else. I will try to get my money back.

Purchased as the online reviews seemed good - what a mistake!

I tried to return and the customer services talked me into purchasing the adaptor kit. Even with that it will not fit my black and decker strimmer!

Now I am in the process of trying to return both purchases.
Unfortunately as based in China (which is NOT apparent as company is called indestructible trimmer UK) the cost of returns is expensive

Made from cheap Chinese rubber metal. Used for 30 minutes and it was ‘destroyed’ … asked about the ‘ 100% money back guarantee if not completely satisfied’ told as they couldn’t tell if I’d ‘used’ it properly, there’d be no refund.
