Total scam. cheap and nasty does not fit strimmer. Comes from China with no instructions and no adapter kit. Totally useless, don't buy

If you really want to buy this product, then you also need an adapter kit which they do not make clear on their website. Why not be honest about this. All you receive is the blade, no instructions or anything.
Their Facebook adverts have lots of fake accounts giving good reviews. Do not trust them!

Items described as fitting all strimmers. asked the question will it fit my brand of strimmer and was told that yes it would so I ordered part and adaptor kit and it does not fit
Requested a full refund and was told to send items to China have to pay postage costs myself and should get a refund. Going to cost £16 postage
Items came from a UK based warehouse asked if I could send then there and was told no it has to be China and wait upto 28 days for it to arrive

Useless - no instructions, told it will fit vast majority of strummers, will not fit anything without purchasing adaptor kit as well, and probably wouldn’t work with that too. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely outrageous - random pieces of metal with no instructions which could not be fitted.

How do these companies get away with it?

Scam. No fittings or instructions and wouldn't fit on most trimmers anyway. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I too got caught out by this bunch of scammers.
Item sent does not work without the adapter but they don’t tell you this at any point until after you have purchased. The item received came with no instructions and looks to be shoddy.

A useless piece of equipment. The blade doesn't fit either of my trimmers. So I bought the adaptor kit. It doesn't fit. Avoid this company like the plague.

A complete hoax. Item arrives two weeks later, no instruction manual, no compatible attachments, completely unusable.
If this is not a scam, nothing is.

Yep another one sucked in. I used mine to trim the grass against my decking and the blades now look like a boat propellor. This all happened within the first 10 minutes of use. This product is beyond useless. The blades are made of some type of material which has the same strength of butter on a warm day.
I have since contacted the company as their guarantee states
“TRY IT 100% RISK FREE. We have an iron-clad risk-free 30-day guarantee that begins only when you receive product! If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, contact our helpful customer support and ask for a full refund.”
Well I did ask for a refund and was told because I had used the product that I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I am currently engaged in a dispute resolution with PayPal to try and get a refund.

A dangerous piece of junk - poorly made with cheap thin metal sheet and held together by loosely fitted rivots of the same quality - the thing would probably explode if it hit anything with any substance - hidden rock, stump or root etc. It can't be fitted to anything anyway as it comes without an adapter kit which you need to pay extra forand judging by the quality of the trimmer head,would probably be junk as well

Absolute crap, says it fits any strimmer which is a load of rubbish, even spent money on the universal kit and that was rubbish too.

Complained to Facebook but they say they haven’t done anything wrong.

Sadly I bought this item and it didn’t fit my flymo. I emailed the company and they told me to buy an adapter kit for £15. I asked for a refund, they informed me to return it to china at my expense and to track it. Non tracked costs £10 by Royal Mail. There is no legal or contractual requirement for me to track it so I shall be returning it by international standard and contacting my bank if there is no refund! Buyer beware!

I purchased in good faith after reading all the positive reviews on their
advert. I should have sussed something was off when they answered every customer query with 'yes'!! They stated it would fit any model but don't say that it needs adapter (not included). My order eventually arrived in a battered box with no instructions or fixings and a disc which I suspect has already been returned to them judging by the number of scratches on the back.
I wish I'd seen the external reviews beforehand. I have complained to the firm but don't expect a helpful response. This is classic 'buyer beware'!!!

Like a previous reviewer, I also “accidentally” ordered two indestructible trimmers. For two instances such as these proves it was no accident, but a deliberate scam. My two trimmers arrived today by Yodel but on opening I found there were no instructions for fitting my Flymo CTE 25. (Contour 500E). I have emailed the Company but having read these reviews I am fearful nothing will be done. If I do get a good response I will post again, But if I don’t get a reply, then I can only say this a disgraceful company and should be shut down.

Wire brush is supplied without fittings. Will not therefore fit my flymo despite multiple assurances on Facebook that it fits any model. They want another £14.95 for the washers!

Today I received the grand total of £3.60 credited to my account. A terrible scam company and benefitting from misleading advertising selling rubbish. Once bitten, twice shy! Avoid at all costs.

Well, today, after several messages from the company asking for photographs of the strimmer blade, I have been told that I will receive the grand total of £3.60 and I can keep the piece of junk!
How are this company still scamming everyone? The Facebook advert was totally misleading, yet it seems strange that almost all the reviews on Facebook and their website are positive??
Hopefully Karma will catch up with them. Totally and utterly shameful which unfortunately tars every company who advertise on Facebook, with the same brush. Can any be trusted? I'm sure I won't be the only person who won't buy from Facebook again knowing that a UK company could possibly be in China. The whole experience beggars belief.

This is a total SCAM. They are NOT in the UK. Though I suspect they are being sent from a distribution warehouse in the UK and using a local courier (Yodel). I 'accidentally' ordered two. By clicking confirm payment, it added another one. (total £35). I asked for a refund when I found the adaptor kit is NOT included. £15 extra (for two washers and a nut!) - Get lost. I demanded a full refund. they offered to refund 20% of the cost (£7) As if that will happen!. - I consider these items overpriced and DANGEROUS! - If any of those blades comes off at 300 rpm, they can cause serious injury to anyone around. - In use, there is no guard! - Adverts in prestigious publications? Really? False advertising in the extreme!
