Great choice of sofas in store. Quality furniture. Staff knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right pieces of furniture. Delivery was within time frame advised. Delivery team assembled the sofa unit on delivery and were efficient and respectful of our home.

I mean the most beautiful place, a real treat for the senses, we started with gorgeous coffee and yummy cake . Then we browsed , we were looking for a rug, Gill and Matt were amazing, Gill really lending her expertise , the rug looks and feels pure luxury xx thankyou

Excellent service from Suzanne, after an initial chat about our likes/dislikes room measurements and colours she gave knowledgeable appropriate advice. We did not feel pressurised at all. We had coffee and gorgeous cake in the cafe while we finalised our decision and she prepared our order

Fantastic shop, we ordered various items of furniture for our new house which were all delivered and built/installed. All the staff both at the store and delivery team were all fab and i highly recommend shopping here, i will certainly be back

The chairs we collected are perfect and the ordering and arranging collection process was excellent. Only let down by the snappy person on ‘customer collections’ I have to admit to being surprised as I’ve only ever had smiley welcoming service in the store before.

Love this shop i have just had my sofa delivered from the New York range - wow amazing love it and the whole buying process was excellent.
The Palm restaurant is also lovely i travel from North Wales at least once a week for lunch there service and staff are lovely. My favourite shop without a doubt.
