Very good customer service delivery was…
Very good customer service delivery was excellent too. The fact that we were unable to view the chair because of the lack of a showroom has meant that even though we had used the measurements to gauge the size of the chair which is is lovely,looks too small in the lounge.

The Tolstoy chair wraps itself around you.
I saw the Tolstoy chair in your rarities section and loved it. It’s a wing chair but not too tall and is extremely comfortable. The lady I dealt with by phone and email was so helpful even sending a fabric sample. She arranged the delivery and it was delivered a week later. Thankyou S.
