I’ve been to the store before, but the last gentleman who helped me was the most knowledgeable expert I’ve met so far. He took the time to customize every detail of my suit and make suggestions to achieve the look I was seeking. I’m looking forward to the final result.

Set up appointment and they took me right away with no waiting. Spent a lot of time going over measurements, customizing suit and overall experience was great. Bishman Blanchard was excellent.

The suit was a fair price and the service was great! Victoria was very personable and made sure that my partner felt listened to, and that their own personal style was part of the suit. It was our first time shopping for a suit, and Victoria had a lot of great information and tips to give us. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others!

Anna helped us. She was great by listening before answering and led us through the entire process calmly yet efficiently. We developed a comfortable rapport and even bantered back and forth.
Hard to believe the entire process costs near the same as an off the rack suit at other places. Very much worth the time and money.
The final fitting was with Alan and was less than ten minutes. Alan was also easy to work with.
Advice: set up an account online and follow the process for all the options you will have to choose. This makes the fitting much easier and and quicker even if you change your mind on some options.

I got my suit and the measurements are completely off! It's so bad that not even my tailor can fix it! It's definitely overpriced because the quality is pretty low and also the customer service is poorly! Now I don't know what to do! I just want my money back because that's fraud what they did

Every few years I try Indochino again, and each time I am disappointed. In my most recent experience, I bought and fully paid for a tuxedo, in their showroom, and received notification that it have moved to production, was non-refundable, etc. Then the showroom called to say they needed another $144 for “extra charges”. At this point I have choice but to pay, but I will never come back.

The staff took great care to explain and assist in the many detailed choices. Beautiful women’s fabrics. Can’t wait to try the two suits I purchased.
