Keeps losing WiFi connection
Keeps losing WiFi connection, then doesn’t reconnect. Advised to down load installer app and use that. Poor service and basically do everything yourself.

A positive response to the isssues I had when the charger went offline. Such an occurence is very annoying, but to be fair to the person who handled my case it was very professionally done.

Very poor support.
Although our charger has been on the wall for around two years we’ve only recently started using it, this whole experience however has been extremely poor, the charger constantly goes offline, doesn’t charge when it should and now despite various sets of instructions from Indra Support to reset the unit, they are now blaming the issue on too much electricity.
The support itself is very intermittent and as somebody has previously quoted on another review, doesn’t exist on a weekend.
Three of my very near neighbours are using chargers supplied by other companies and not one of them is encountering any issues whatsoever, yet alone one of too much electricity.
My latest attempt after yet another offline experience has blue and RED flashing lights, not the blue and orange they suggest, I’m no engineer but RED sounds like a problem to me.
I feel like the Support team are not supportive at all and simply looking for excuses not to properly assist, would I recommend an Indra wall charger, absolutely not, in fact I would strongly advise you look elsewhere.

Offline problem solved
Whilst I was on hold for over an hour on the phone getting through, the problem was very quickly resolved by Amanda....... thank you Amanda! You were able to resolve a problem in 10 minutes, that Ovo couldn't in almost an hour!

Very helpful over the phone and by e mail when I had minor issue with charger. Mostly due to my wi fi signal.

Charger has failed yet again
Charger has failed yet again. Have lost complete confidence in the smart pro charger as it’s let me down too many times. Has failed around 7 times in 2 years and every time goes off line. 3 weeks ago failed again on the Friday of August bank holiday and could not get hold of anyone. Has failed again since then. Customer service is not great. Their phone systems takes you through the 5 options, choose customer service option 2 and then phone hangs up. I have since found out this happens when 15+ calls are in the queue. So, very hard to get support during normal working hours. I Have now been waiting two weeks for an engineer visit date and still nothing. Phoned up asking and when eventually got to speak with someone, I was told they didn’t know a date for a visit and I would just have to wait. 😟😟 It’s not that the staff are unpleasant or rude because they do try, however I get the impression they are just overwhelmed and understaffed. Overall experience I would rate as poor.

Our smart charger had become…
Our smart charger had become unreliable, with frequent occurrences of the device going offline. We need the charger to be online to be able to get the best rate for our charging from the electricity supplier.
Alice followed up to find out what type of connection we had to the Internet and then got our connection reset. Since then the charger has been online continuously, and with luck that situation will persist.

Charging cable connection.
Had an issue connecting my new charging cable (provided by Renault) to the charger. Spoke with the support team at Indra who provided a replacement cable free of charge. Speedy service and excellent communication from the support staff. Thank you.

Unable to unlock
Had an issue where I couldn't unlock my EV Charger. I phoned the helpline and spoke to Thishaath Kamalanathan and he assured me they could resolve my problem remotely and an hour later he emailed to ask me to try again and this time was successful. Thank you Thishaath Kamalanathan

One happy customer
I was having trouble with locking my charger. There was a 6 person queue on the phone so I opted to be called back. In less than 15 minutes Alice was calling me back! She made some quick enquiries and told me other customers had reported the same problem. I got an email within an hour to let me know the problem had been looked into. Indeed I could lock the charger! Alice was efficient, kind and patient on the phone, and my problem is solved: one happy customer!

Good service
Thishaath Kamalanathan, whom I spoke to on the phone, was courteous and helped resolve the issue with my charger. I'm now awaiting a service technician to come over and complete the fix.

Terrible chargers
Terrible chargers, goes offline constantly and we had to wait 3 weeks for an engineer. They also close on the weekend with no support and out charger kept having issues on a Friday evening with no way to fix until the Monday. Honestly just terrible, go with another company!
Problem resolved efficiently by Tish
I contacted Indra by phone after being affected by a widespread problem affected OVO customers using Indra chargers. Tish was aware of the problem, and confirmed what was necessary to reset and resolve the problem. Although I was fairly confident in what I was doing, Tish stayed on the line while I carried out the reset, to be sure it had worked fully.
It can take a while to contact Indra sometimes, they seem to be a small and very busy team, and the wait for a recent call-out was lengthy, but they do always fix issues and there is no charge for very professional tech support.

Painless charger move to new home.
Following a house move and long wait for fibre to be installed in the new house, Indra were able to collect the data whilst offline for several months and process it as previously. Both Abbie & Danielle were quick and accurate in their responses and the App was updated quickly also following confirmation charger unit at new address.
