Excellent Support from Tish – Thank You!
I just wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Tish at Indra Renewable Technologies Ltd.
Tish was incredibly helpful in getting my Indra car charger back online. He quickly diagnosed the issue and guided the process with professionalism and clarity. By carrying out a reset at the power supply and leaving it powered off for 5 minutes, then putting the charger into pairing mode, he was able to successfully reconnect it to my Wi-Fi network.
Thanks to Tish's expertise and calm, knowledgeable approach, my charger is now back online and working exactly as it should. It was a smooth and stress-free experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received.
Thanks again, Tish – you’re a credit to the team!

Good Support Team
Support is pretty solid and they try to direct you to the right people to resolve the issue as expected. My problem was not being able to add my specific vehicle to the app as my registration number was not being recognised even though it had been registered back in October '24 and was picked up by other apps etc. After a couple of frustrating weeks and exchange of emails the issue was finally referred to the technical team and was resolved almost immediately.

My end experience was excellent Thisaath my second customer service operator i spoke to at indra has shown exemplary customer service and should be the example of how to deal with a customer gave me a list of options to solve my problem then followed up ti check it had worked a week later.

We contacted Indra and had a call back…
We contacted Indra and had a call back quicker than getting through to our electricity company. Alice went through our options and confirmed where our reboot switch was. This done she checked our charger and confirmed all ok. In all very helpful and polite. 1st time we have had to contact Indra in nearly five years.

Had to get in contact with Indra regarding my car charger, have to say it was customer service via email for sorted out straight away for me, many thanks to Amanda for dealing with it. Definitely recommend them.

I had a problem with my EV charger and phoned the Indra support team for advice.
I spoke to Alice who advised that the problem was probably due to a faulty RDC and suggested I contact the EV charger installer. I did this and he replaced the unit,problem resolved!I found the company dealt with the situation in a very helpful manner.

I have just recently moved home and…
I have just recently moved home and took my Indra Smart Pro with me. Once I got it reinstalled I had an issue with the connection. With one phone call i was back online within minutes. Alice was great help and really answered all of my questions. The customer support I received was fantastic.

EV charging schedule would not work…
EV charging schedule would not work after change of WiFi. Alice promptly sent instructions as how to reconnect charger to WiFi. Charging schedule now working fine.

Garbage charger
One of the most problematic charger ever anyone could have.
I bought this through Radius charger which not much short of a reputable company but interms of scammed.
Both Indra and radius charge customer service is garbage. Had the charger for a year and 5 times it broke down.
Now no one wants to know
Avoid this like plague.

My Chademo connector was stuck in the…
My Chademo connector was stuck in the charging port after being connected for 9 months (V2H). Alice offered some advice that didn’t work but then shipped a small tool that arrived next day and released the connector.
Very quick and efficient solution.

Locked charger as away for a few days
Locked charger as away for a few days. When came back went to charge car but could not unlock it. Contacted Customer support who made a couple of suggestions. Basically switch it off and on again which do not work. Escalated to technical dept. Who fixed problem remotely within 24 hours. Very friendly and helpful Staff who made subsequent follow up call to check everything working.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently had an Indra EV charger installed and unfortunately had some problems getting it to work properly with my energy provider.
However after contacting Indra they were very quick to respond and fix the underlying issue.
Aaron was very efficient, helpful and friendly, couldn't of asked for more really.
