Industrial Workwear Opiniões

Great Customer Service very friendly and always there to help in emergencies with quick turn arounds on deliveries

This safety and workwear store I used had a great selection of products and my order was dispatched promptly. The items were well-packaged and arrived in excellent condition.

What an amazing service, Im sure Industrial Workwear can't advertise how good their service was for one of our customers...I asked to some workwear within 48hrs, Our customer wanted 10 polo shirts and some hoodies by 10am Wednesday Morning, I spoke to Joanna and Natalie, I was not expecting them to say YES, but they did, all the stops were pulled out and the customers got his workwear Tuesday Night.

AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE + SERVICE

Thank you, I will definitely Use / recommend them again.

Although a relatively small order the customer experience from start to finish was first class. The team could not do enough to ensure a swift turnaround and delivery in a tight time frame.
Very much appreciated.

Industrial Workwear was great to work with, I rang and explained the urgency in getting a few items delivered and they prioritised the service. Great customer service and prompt delivery.

We needed new emboidered overalls for our shop floor workers.

Natalie was a great help from start to finish, she arranged for herself and a colleague to come to our site and size up workers for new overalls, produced samples throughout for the embroidery to give us ideas about how the colours would look and gave helpful input.

Emails / calls were answered very quickly and the whole process from first contact to delivery was exceptionally quick and pain free :-)

We will definitely contact Natalie again next time workwear needs renewing.

Helen is brilliant, she sorts out all our orders for us, very fast and very informative. Also is she happened to be away then someone else steps in straight away to sort anything for us. Very efficient team. Also always been happy with our products

Great advice about garment selection and how to show off our branding to good effect without compromising comfort.

Dealing with industrial workwear was easy and I would recommend the service and the products.

This is a genuine 5 star review.

I found Industrial Workwear to be very quick, diligent and attentive during sales, delivery and aftercare. Actuality, I only really dealt with one person, Louise Guy, so is the Company getting 5 stars or Louise. I think both should get 5 stairs each. The uniform and logo was spot on.

Cheers Louise for getting our uniform out to us at short notice.

Hi Helen

I must thank you I was so made up when I opened the boxes and you had already paired the coats to the jumpers. What a lovely surprise that was and very much appreciated

We have ordered from Industrial Workwear a couple of times this year and the service has been fantastic. High quality products and a good grasp of our brand.

Natalie is an asset to the company, she responds quickly and as a charity, if there are any other ways she can help me out by connecting us with others in her network, she does it.

Outstanding professional service . I dealt with Lauren for my order and she could not have been more helpful . The logo and polo shirts themselves are fantastic quality, even better than I could have ever imagined ! We will definitely be ordering from industrial workwear again .

I work for Nissan and we recently placed a large order of soft shell jackets. From the first contact, both Sarah and Joanna went out of their way to support what we needed. The service they both provided was outstanding and they were flexible to our needs throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend using Industrial Workwear.

Our account manager Natalie Chaters is brilliant, so professional and helpful, and she always goes out of her way to help. I have been using Industrial workwear for many years and Natalie is by far the best account manager we have had. Their lead times are excellent. I highly recommend this company for work clothing and all types of PPE.

I recently took over the management of a number of our curriculum area's uniform/kit requirements at East Durham College, as well as the added complication of building our own new online kit store this summer. From start to finish, Industrial Workwear have been hugely supportive in these tasks, and nothing has been too much trouble. Their communication has been rapid, and they have been great at quickly sourcing alternatives where required. The orders have been processed really quickly and the quality has been spot on. The whole team are extremely professional and it's clear they genuinely care about doing the very best job they can for you. I would not hesitate in recommending Industrial Workwear.
