Worst experience ever! Ordered pizza boxes from Jia Industry, they arrived torn, soggy, and smelling bad. When I contacted Industrial Buying for a refund, they denied responsibility and the service center behaved rudely. They take no accountability for bad products. Very unprofessional

I placed an order on 9th September, and it was clearly mentioned that the delivery date would be 17th September. Today is 4th October, and shockingly, my order has still not been delivered. I have called their so-called customer service multiple times, but every single time they only make false promises, give fake dates, and repeat the same excuse that “within 48 hours you will get a call from our team.” It has been weeks, and I have received neither a single call nor any update.

This company is completely unreliable, unprofessional, and careless with customers’ money and time. IndustryBuying.com is the worst online shopping platform I have ever come across. I will never buy anything from them again and strongly warn others not to waste their time and money here.

Pathetic website. You cannot return the product even its returnable. Happened twice with me.

we are the seller on industrybuying, we supplied the order 1035077730 and it got delivered on 29 jul 2025, as per company ploicy they have to make payment in 7 days. now we are calling them and mailing htem for last 7 days they are not responding, this is not a good practice of business.

Fantastic customer support from the team specially Sonali. She helped me out from the beginning to the end. Kudos to such hardworking and dedicated employees.

Fraudulent & Misleading Practices by IndustryBuying

We placed Order #1035229722 on 29 Aug 2025 with full advance payment of ₹21,619.
Their website showed “available & quick shipment,” but after 15 days they informed us that the product is out of stock.

This is a clear case of misleading customers – taking payment first, delaying response, and then saying no stock. Despite multiple reminders and escalations, our money is still stuck.

Product won't get delivered and they won't return money

We have ordered the AP300 batteries from them. Order is to be received by 2nd Aug. However, we did not receive any update from them till 10-Aug. After multiple follow-up, they agreed to do partial delivery by 20-Aug. However, today, we know to know that even partial delivery may not be possible. This is really bad situation for us. Our whole schedule is impacted due to non-availability of batteries on time. order number: 1035139190 || 1035139186

A use less and fraud company. Never pay them in advance. They never deliver Goods .. they just pocket the money.

Ordered 3inch clevis hangers by 10july, COD opted, item never despatched by industrybuying, they cancelled the order from their side on 28July. The site is not trustworthy, dont pay cash in advance.

Item we wanted to buy was an item on industrybuying.com site. But site was showing that possible delivery date for that item is 18-Aug hence I left the website without placing the order.

Within 5 minutes I received a message on whatsapp from industrybuying.com, where their representative mr. Bilal was telling me that he will see to it that item will be delivered by 31-Jul. Trusting him and Industrybuying I placed the order.

But after placing the order I received a call from Industrybuying.com  saying that this order can be delivered only by 18-Aug. And they cannot expedite it although I had written message from their side saying that they will delivery it by 31-Jul.

I ordered a product on this website, but it is of poor quality and there is no return policy. Please do not order from anyone.

Tried them few times but was disappointed. The latest purchase came in damaged condition and they took over two weeks to take it back and refund the item.

Don't order from Industrybuying if you're expecting timely service. If you ordered breakfast, be prepared to receive a response by dinner—that’s how slow their support is. They show zero urgency or accountability on the customer’s end. When you raise a concern, you're simply told, "We can’t do anything. You’ll just have to wait", because you placed the order with Industrybuying.

This is not the kind of experience customers expect. Highly dissatisfied.

you get a cheap copy of what you order. their representatives call unlimited times untill the product is delivered . despite sending them mail and messages they are ignoring and not taking any action

We ordered an Electric Chainsaw. Received an email that it has been delivered. As we were traveling could not verify it. We contact their support team to provide proof of delivery after about 10 days. They simply refused to provide any POD and said as a policy we need to contact within 7 days. All courier companies retain PODs for several weeks but IB team are not bothered about customers.

Its scam. I luckily got saved. I was to place an order, but unable to do the payment. Then received a call to do the payment and asking for bank, upi details. surprised. then check online about it, found it fake.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They are selling defective products at inflated prices, while the same items are available in the market for much less. Their customer care team is unhelpful and lacks proper information—when I reached out for assistance, they simply redirected me to the manufacturer’s service centre.

Recently, I purchased a monitor which turned out to be defective. When I contacted IndustrialBuying, they told me to visit the Intex service centre. Not only did I pay for a faulty product, but I also had to spend additional time and money traveling to the service centre. Who is going to cover these extra expenses?

Additionally, I purchased a handwash product that did not have a manufacturing or expiry date mentioned on it. How can such products even be allowed to be sold? It’s completely unacceptable and honestly, quite shameful.

I would have given rating in negative, however this option doesn't exist.
1.They are worst in committing delivery date. Already delayed the delivery twice.
2. Customer care doesn't pick up the phone.
3. They do not pre inform regarding the problem they are encountering. Always give vague reasons for delay.
4. You cannot cancel the order as the website doesnt respond
