Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated

I purchased four pairs of shoes from Industry Buying, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. All four pairs arrived completely damaged, which clearly indicates a lack of quality control and care in the handling and shipping process. The condition of the shoes suggests that they were either stored improperly or mishandled during shipping, leaving me with products that were unwearable.

I reached out to customer service, but found the response to be slow and unhelpful. I expected better support and accountability from a retailer that claims to offer quality products. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and do not recommend Industry Buying to anyone.

I hope my review helps others avoid a similar experience, and I urge the company to seriously address these issues.

**Review: Disappointed with My Purchase & Customer Service**

I recently ordered a **cleaning disc pad brush**, expecting a high-quality product that would meet my cleaning needs. However, my experience with this purchase has been nothing short of disappointing.

### **Issue with the Product**
When my order arrived, I was shocked to see that I had received the **wrong product**. It was completely different from what I had ordered, both in terms of quality and specifications. This was highly frustrating as I had specifically chosen this product based on the description and images provided on the website.

### **Terrible Customer Support**
I immediately reached out to **customer support**, hoping to resolve the issue and either get a **replacement** or a **refund**. However, to my surprise, the customer service team was **extremely unhelpful**.
- They outright refused to **accept a return or provide a refund**, despite the fact that I had received the wrong item.
- Instead of assisting me, the support representative was **rude and dismissive**, showing no concern for my problem.
- Every time I tried to explain the issue, they would **cut me off or give vague responses** without actually helping.

### **A Complete Waste of Money & Time**
As a customer, I expected at least some level of professionalism and problem resolution. Instead, I was left feeling frustrated, unheard, and cheated. **This is not how you treat your customers!**

I want to warn others – **DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY** on this product or this seller. If something goes wrong with your order, **do not expect any help or support** from their team.

💬 **Final Thoughts:**
A brand’s reputation is built on the trust and satisfaction of its customers. If a company cannot provide **proper customer support** or **honor its policies**, then they do not deserve our business.

I sincerely hope they **improve their service** and start valuing their customers in the future. Until then, **I will not be purchasing from them again** and I strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order.

we purchased 12 roles of brown adhesive…

we purchased 12 roles of brown adhesive tape 2" width for our shop carton packaging , online. BAR CODE ; MAWB14570611910285
the quality is so poor that the tapes can not be used for the purpose. We tried a few just to check if some of them may be good, but "NO" . The whole lot is worst and the money spent is gone waste. It is lying with us unused.
We had complained about this quality but instead showing a fair trade practice, we are threatened for legal action. How fair it is , you can judge by yourself ?

The worst ecommerce site that I have experienced

The worst ecommerce site that I have ever seen. An order placed on Feb 10th for just 5 nos. of wood cutting blades have not been delivered as yet. Infact the track order on Mar 4th is saying expected to be delivered on Feb 22. So I assume another year will go by.
I even wonder if I will really receive the original manufacturers products or duplicates.

Not delivering items properly

Terrible app, terrible customer service

I so wish I had checked out the reviews before using it. Their payment system erroneously deducts money for orders even though the order doesnt actually go through. Customer service on phone is rude and incompetent.

As if this isn’t bad enough, their sales reps spam you almost every day using the phone number you sign up with.

Received used cercular saw

I have ordered for a cercular saw,after a week I have received a used item,I have made a complaint along with all photographs,the customer team was arranged pickup after 4 days,during this period I was worried whether I whould get my refund or not, fortunately it was credited to account after five days, my honest advice to industry buying if they want to run there buisness in a proper ways
1. Improve the coordination between customer team and sales team,
2.Hire a good delivery service like blue dart not like delhivery courier,in my case the item was supposed to deliver on 26 November but till evening there was no trace of this even industry buying team did not know why this had not arrived.they even refused to pick the items,after a long discussion with industry buying and courier service boy the item was picked up
3.Be honest to there costomer and make honest policies.
4.You need to improve online Application,the current one has many issue like propper trekking,not received SMS, Avoiding costomer to give there review/feedback,no proper specifications marked ,origin of items, warrenty and proper images of items, please study how Amazon working,

I had ordered for a bed for my ailing mother. The product was delivered but many of the items were missing. The customer care team was polite but when it got escalated to the supervisor they downright rejected my request for replacement. They said that once product is sent, it cannot be returned even if the items in it are missing. Please do not buy from here.

Item not shipped after 100pc advance for over 12 days.

Ordered material against order number 103502554 on 22nd Oct with delivery date as 5th November. 61401 amount was advanced.
The items has still not been shipped (5th Nov) and refund is also not being processed. With order condition as non cancellable, I am in a fix as I cannot source the material from other vendor also.
Raised complaints are being wrongly replied as query resolved.
Do not ever trust this company.
