Terrible service.
Inattentive staff.
When I ordered things online costing 5000 Gel, inex calculated total amount of approximately 15000 gel (yes 3x more)
Which led me to pay taxes of 2600 gel.
Their measurement system is terrible. For example if you buy a chair for 100 gel they will ask you to pay 500 gel just for transportation plus taxes and plus other services fees (hidden fees) and eventually your 100 gel chair will cost you nearly 1000 gel.
Just dont get close to that company.

Horrible service. you dont even get to pick if you want these scumbags to ship your parcel out when you order it. their phone lines are always "busy" ive been calling them for 3 hours now, they rely on their ai chatbot to solve their problems and its automated to respond on both email and facebook so it is no help whatsoever asking it to talk to a human makes the ai just freeze and stop responding.

They steal packages in China

Had a delivery request to this company for GOCHA SKHIRTLADZE. Explained to them we couldnt deliver here but buyer chose to leave negative reviews for our business. Complete scam avoid at all costs

Worst shipping company with abysmal customer service. Amazon delivered parcel to their warehouse on 17th December of 2025. Today is 9th January of 2026 & at this time I still don't know where is my parcel and what happened to it. Worst thing is that they don't even respond. They just don't care. I never seen such an irresponsible and horrid company... They also delete negative comments on their FB page. Client means absolutely nothing for them. Avoid this company at all cost unless you want your parcels to be lost and get no answers on the top of that.

The support agents are really bad and not helpful! They take too long too answer me through mail. On the online chat on there website, the support agents dont even bother to answer me! I am very disappointed! I will never order again through inex. They still can’t find my parcel which arrived almost 3 weeks ago!

Turkish office phone number is not active, they lost my package because phone number was not working!

Poor service, never will do again.

Inex offers postal service. They delivered my package from Italy to Georgia in a good state but it took them 3 weeks in total so if you're looking for speedy deliver Inex is not for you.

On the other hand customer support speaks English and website is very well done and easy to navigate. Prices are also competitive.
