Pretty and versatile
I've wanted one of these dresses for 5ish years, finally bought one, and I LOVE it!
I love that I can wear it so many ways, and I'm excited to try all the different styles. The color is great (mine is pink) and the dress is versatile, so I can feel pretty and put-together at any semi-formal (or probably formal) event, for just one initial purchase cost.
(Planning on wearing this as a bridesmaid!)
I was also able to purchase fabric swatches directly from the website for super cheap, so we can compare them to the wedding colors and see what fits best.
Good customer service. :)
(Note: I got my dress second-hand, but originally from this store, and the seller stated that she only wore it once.)

Beautiful dress, horrible smell..
I've worn these dresses myself for my friends wedding in sage green and it was beautiful, being a plus size girl the dress sit lovely on my body and it felt really light. I bought 5 of these dresses in navy blue for my own bridesmaids to wear at my wedding next year and again the dresses are beautiful but... they stink! I had them delivered at the start of September and when I opened the bag the smell of sulfur hit me instantly. Thought it was just the packaging but when I took the dress out of the bag it was coming from the actual dress! I had a look into it and google says its because they use sulfur dye for dark colours, so I sent an email about it and a lady called Tina got back to me very quickly. I was advised to wash the dresses and they offered to refund half of the cost which came though a couple of days later. The dresses are on the second wash and you can still smell the sulfur faintly so hopefully a 3rd wash will do the trick. Just writing this as an FYI for anyone ordering the darker coloured dresses in case you end up with the same sulfury smell I did and dont want to go through the hassle of having to wash them 3 times, but overall I would recommend the company. Great value, gorgeous dresses and the customer service was brilliant, only marking down 1 star for the smell.

Mixed feeling over this website. The dresses are stunning that’s not the problem. Well is the customer service questionable. On the site it says that you have to pay for the return cost. That’s fine. But they forget to mention that you have to return it to Los Angels! So the retuning cost of the dress will for me (in Dutch) be more then the actual dress it self! I even mailed with them before purchasing the dress how the return process worked and even in this mail they never said anything about returning it to the USA. And the person who mails you back had quite an agitated/arrogant tone. So my advice if you’re 100% you wanna keep the dress go ahead other wise please look for another website.

It is true that our returns are processed through our logistics center in US and UK. We understand that for international customers, especially those in Europe, return shipping costs can be high, and we regret that this was not clearly communicated to you during your prior inquiry. We are truly sorry for this oversight and for any miscommunication that occurred.
Additionally, we are sorry to hear that the tone of the email communication came across as agitated or arrogant. That is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we will address this with our customer service team to ensure that all interactions are respectful, empathetic, and helpful. Shein quality and no customer service
I ordered 2 dresses. One white and one red. The red one I can not really complain about(even though it's still not the quality I expected) but I do not recommend the white one to anyone. It is see through, it has no hem on the bottom of the dress and you can't send it back (it says so on the site because it's a custome color?). You can't really wear a bra with a lot of the styles so I expected it to be a thicker fabric but you can see my nipples right through it. I paid 65 euros for the white kneelength dress so I expected a good thick but still flexible fabric. What I got was a a dress that I could have bought on shein for 15 euros. This looks more like a shein drop shipping scam than anything else. I had to wait 11 days for both dresses. I was very excited but when I got them I was so disappointed by the quality. I read so many reviews just to make sure I wouldn't be scammed but in the end I still feel scammed. I do not recommend buying from them.
(Oh and the sizes are also a scam it says it goes from a s-2xl but I wear a L sometimes an Xl and I had trouble getting the dress over my ass.)
Nice that you answer on my trustpilot review but it fixes nothing for me. I still have a dress that I can not wear because you see my nippels and I paid 65 euros for that dress. The dress wil just hang in my closet because it's useless and I don't get my money back. You probably won't change anything about the dress but act like you will so people will still buy it. I am really starting to think that a lot of the reviews on here are fake.
I have never been so disappointed in my life. For once I buy a dress that is more expensive than I normally buy just so I can spoil myself a little and then I get this. You probably had other issues with the white dress and that's why you can't return them. White is not a custom color it's a basic color the most dresses start with.

We’re truly sorry that the white dress did not provide the coverage or construction you expected. One long dress about 700g weighter than other companies. But We’ve already shared your feedback with our production team to improve fabric thickness for future orders.
2- We apologize for the fit problems—this is not the experience we want for our customers. We’ll immediately review our size chart to ensure it accurately reflects measurements, and we’ll add a detailed sizing guide with garment-specific dimensions (like hip width and stretchability) to prevent future mismatches.
3- Custom Color Policy (Non-Returnable)
We understand how this policy feels unfair when the product doesn’t meet expectations. While custom colors (like white) are typically excluded from returns due to dye process limitations. Thanks for your understanding.
Grey bridesmaid dresses
I brought my bridesmaid dress in grey back in February they were amazing loved them as soon as I saw them and I knew my bridesmaids would love them too. I did order a plus size in the grey at a layer date for my bridesmaid but sadly it was the wrong colour grey and there was no time to change it again so she wore the first size. The girls looked amazing on my wedding day and they were all happy and comfortable. The dress I brought I’ve been able to send back with a full refund. Quick reply’s and very polite. Thank you

I purchased 4 bridesmaids dresses for…
I purchased 4 bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. I wasn’t sure what style I wanted & the dresses were personally not my taste (hence the 4 star) I contacted customer service for a refund & it was an easy experience. I was given a return address and was told I had to cover the cost for return and tracking. This wasn’t much money at all. Tina was a great help & responded to me very quickly & explained everything. I also received my refund in good time! Overall a good experience & would recommend the company to friends x

Great dresses, shipping was touch and go as one came within a week and one took 3 weeks!
Sadly one didnt fit, contacted customer support and replied with in a few hours!

Over the moon! I bought a mauve Infinity dress for my daughter. She’s a bridesmaid at her future sister’s wedding. The dress is STUNNING. We love the quality and weight of the fabric, the colour and the style. The bandeau top is a game changer! We love this dress so much we are ordering three more dresses in our favourite colours - to share! That’s how adaptable these dresses are!

All gut 👍🏽 in the beginnen i did not recibe any confirmation of my order. Also no actualisations of shipping, but the money was discounted. After 21 days I contact the costumer service and the y response very friendly and fast and my dress was on the DPD shop. Bad calcification for DPD because they never came to my Address, never let one notice on the post box, if I don’t contact Costumer service the dress will wi in 3 days Return to Infinity Dresses🥲 👎

I'm still waiting to receive my dress, since December 2nd the tracking status was "custom clearance completed" without any updates when it was expected to be delivered days ago. The customer care was useless, with automatic and fixed responses. STAY AWAY!

Don’t buy from them
Don’t believe many of the good reviews you read on their site because they will only let you off the huge return fee if you agree to write a good review for them.
I asked to return 4x dresses. The return address was it the states!! Cost £45
Never dealt with such an unscrupulous company in along while. They are all over the bridesmaid dress market but don’t buy from them.
Found some much better quality dresses, with softer, nicer fabric on ASOS.
