Easy to do business with
Easy to do business with they will answer any queries on the phone or email and sorted out my damaged panel quickly the only disappointment was that they wouldn't send out the replacement until they had received the damaged one even though they had pics but then the way some people try and get free stuff makes me understand that was probably a necessary evil. But a top company with the best panels on the market and lots of advice.

Infrared Crystal Glass Heater
We bought an Infrared Crystal Glass Heater 700w for the bathroom. We had little wall space but this fits in beautifully, neat and elegant. More than that, it provides a lovely, gently warmth. Couldn't be happier - perfect!

Gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable, this is the second purchase and the same gentlemen as last time when he guided me through the product range. I had tried to ring ion two occasions and could not get through, however, I did get two returned calls, very impressive. Thank you.

Received very quickly
Received very quickly. Some parts were missing when i received my heater but resolved very quickly and missing parts sent out next day. Good communication. Very happy with the heater.

Excellent Experience
Great website - easy to make a choice.
Good price and excellent product - this is the second panel we have bought in the past two weeks. Although delivery is pricey I guess it reflects the real cost of shipping it north of Inverness. Product is easy to assemble and works very well.
