Reading comments here I agree APC are NOT reliable at all, strangely the first delivery was stolen from my front door 8 minutes after delivery, I have it on the Ring doorbell.. what a coincedence someone just happened to be passing by when they delivered eh .. road is more than 40m from front door... not IRHS fault, just change shipping agent pls.. also something that needs to be way, way clearer .. the IR heating panels show lovely pictures in living rooms, bathrooms etc BUT it is NOT clear at all there is a 3 pin UK plug - didn't see any cables running accross the roof or down walls in the pictures but if you take time to read the manuals etc it does state this ... needs to be clearer pls as this was a real issue when fitting on a utlility room ceiling and requied a plug fitting to be added on the ceiling, very ugly. Service and shipping times were great, sorry for 3 stars but the other issues really made a poor experience having spent 600 pounds on 2 panels.

I've had this product for over a year and it still works perfectly. Recently I've been intouch with this company about additional products, they have been again, very helpful and quick to respond.

The feet for the heater was despatched quickly and fits perfectly - unfortunately as Infrared use APC whose delivery drivers are unable to read or understand English means the delivery took many phone calls and a week's delay.

Overpriced. Once I had the item I was able to look what else was around and could have got the same one for half the price on Amazon!

Have not tested the 1200W heater yet but on first impressions look to be well enough built. Installation was relatively straight forward, although the fasteners supplied to attach the bracket to the heater did not fit and I had to utilise some other screws I had in my toolbox. The electrical cord was also relatively short so had to fit to the wall, rather than the ceiling as originally planned, as the nearest socket was quite low on the wall. Overall though, pleased enough with the heater for the money spent.

Ordered 2 infra red heating panels from this company and they were delivered very promply (by a decent carrier no less) and in good order. Only fitted the 1200kw heater so far and very impressed with performance and ease of installation (plug in model). Provides good heat and does what it says on the tin.

The engagement, advice and general customer service from this company has been exemplary. They will be my first port of call for any other heating needs.

The heater works so well, much better than I thought it would, it's such a cozy, soothing warmth, I would absolutely recommend Infrared Heating Supplies, I have actually just purchased my third heater from them.

The infra red heaters are a game changer . So efficient and economical.
We feel we bought more than we should have for the size of our rooms but you can swith them off individually.
The advice from Ben was excellent and follow up customer service from Mohammed was grest too .

I spend my day in the office at home. The panel is connected to a smart plug and I say 'Alexa, turn panel on for 30 minutes'
Saves a fortune on not needing to heat the whole house to warm one room and the heat is localised and perfect.

Absolutely fantastic company! I don’t normally bother reviewing but Iv dealt with them twice and said to my wife both times that it’s the best customer service I can remember having anywhere, and the bar heater is fantastic as well!

After a lot of research, we decided to swap out our gas central heating for infrared. We bought all of our panels from Mohammed at Infrared Heating Supplies in Bolton. We are so happy we went down this route, as they are performing well and are very cheap to run. We particularly like the fact we can control each individual unit in specific zones from our phones which means we can use the panels as and when we need them and set timers which is particularly useful in the mornings when we come down to a warm space. Additionally, they are very low wattage; we have 700 watt heaters in our double bedrooms and 450 watts in the single bedroom. The living room which is approximately 6.6 x 3.5 m is warm enough using only 2 panels (700w and 450w). Thus we have seen a significant saving in our energy bills.

I would highly recommend Infrared Heating Supplies as they are very customer focussed and they provide a very competitive and superior alternative to air source heat pumps.

Excellent company, Altaf went out of his way to help as I needed an extra long cable. Ordered at 4pm, arrived the next day. This is the second panel I have purchased from this company. Highly recommend.

I normally don’t write reviews but needed to make an exception for IHS. I ordered two infrared round mirror heaters and got them shipped to Australia within 1.5 weeks. Altaf organised a quick delivery and answered all my numerous queries, always responding within the next day. Such great service and a great product that obviously I could find in Australia. Well done Altaf and IHS. Highly recommend this company!!

Fast delivery, heater is great!
2 issues, mains cable is very short, needs extension to plug it in, would be better and tidier if it was longer.
Institutional Manual is useless and doesn’t include a summary and details of contents so unless you are a professional builder or electrical it would take you some time to install it
Product itself is great!

Phoned up this company and got loads of useful advice from the lady at the company. All very helpful and she spent time with me going through the needs of the work. I will be ordering from this company when the time comes
