This company is very easy to deal with and the process is straightforward. I was in two minds when I bought my car to also have body and wheel insurance but glad I did as I've had to use both. I wish other insurance companies were as easy to use.

I can't give enough praise for Ingeni services especially Ash for his excellent friendly service and quick response for a gap insurance quote I asked for and within the hour I had a quote back ready and was happy to proceed with, I would defiantly recommend to family and friends.

Ashraf was great called back at the time he said gave me time to read the documents explained everything that was needed, call was quick and efficient and the price I was quoted easy very reasonable thank you

Have used Ingini 2 times now ended up changing new car after 5 months because of fault's but got gap jnsurance refunded no bother. Just taken our policy on new car thankyou

Dealing with insurers is usually hard work but Ingeni were amazingly responsive and helpful throughout the whole claims process.

After damage to a tyre we emailed and asked about claiming. Within a day we had a phone call and claim form, and within 2 days of sending claim we had it approved. Very pleased with Ingeni and would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic service, fantastic cover and amazing repairs. Have only used this twice and it's an ideal no fuss insurance solution for those annoying scrapes that everyone suffers (kerb damage, another door opening on yours etc.), but are too trivial and too expensive to claim on otherwise. Multiple claims allowed per year, no excess. Couldn't ask for better cover to ensure my car remains in tip top condition.

I have been incredibly impressed with the patience and service provided by Ingeni in my pursuit of a claim for Gap Insurance. Oscar helped me every step of the way, gently guiding me when I failed to submit the correct paperwork or accidentally misunderstood an instruction. He contacted me periodically when it seemed that I had taken my foot off the gas and he thoughtfully offered help when it seemed I did not know what to do. I am absolutely delighted to have completed the process and received the claim I requested. Everything happened as described and without Oscar I would not have got to this point.
