Waardeloos bedrijf en je mag niks negatiefs zeggen. De influenzer Seliah sarioglu maakte reclame en je kreeg 15% korting. De oogschaduw was uit verkocht en ik zei dat bij Bol.com de oogschaduw van Inglot ook verkocht wordt en goedkoper. Deze vrouw blokkeert jou omdat zij inkomsten verliest van Inglot. Ik deelde dit mee bij Inglot nu deze looser mensen blokkeerde mij ook.. KOOP HIER NIKS!!

I’d give it a BIG FAT ZERO if I could!! Tried to return a product on the spot after buying. The sales person refused saying there were NO refunds! Leaving the product on the counter and taking it up with my credit card company.
NEVER visit one of these stores!! Especially in Marriott Ocean Club Aruba!

The customer service and staff of their shop in Warschau Poland is the worst I have ever encountered. I think it's a thing with them to treat paying customers in a way that make you feel so horrible that you will never return, I just don't understand.

I loved INGLOT eye pencil…not anymore! I checked the store online addresses, went to Oxford St - closed. Went to Westfield - closed. Decided to order online. £21 for the pencil, £7.99 for four day delivery. No Thanks! While I’m at Westfield am changing brands.

An extremely shocking, disappointing/terrible service recieved from the Oxford Street store Manager JULIA who provided such awful service - didn’t know anything about the products I wanted and was extremely rude at this store as was actually ignoring my questions. Then I went to the other staff member she had zero customer service skills, she was unknowledgeable about the products even saying “she didn’t know” about a product I asked her questions about as my skin is sensitive and reacts quickly. She knew I came in to purchase a number of products I mentioned to her I had finished and seemed like she didn't really want to help me even when I had bought a number of things without their help. Awful in store experience & although I love Inglot products this type of service needs to be changed immediately as not a pleasant place for me to shop!

Das schrecklichste und unseriöste Unternehmen, dem ich aufgelaufen bin! Außer überteuerte Preise und unterirdische Versandkosten nichts zu bieten! Aber der nichtvorhandene Kundenservice schlägt dem Fass den Boden raus. Meine Geschichte würde hier den Rahmen sprengen, nur soviel dazu, ich warte seit ca.einem halben Jahr auf meine Rückerstattung. Die sind das aller letzte! Nie wieder!
Leute, bitte lasst die Hände davon!!!
Es gibt wirklich seriöse und bezahlbare Kosmetikfirmen da draußen ohne Risiko!!!

Unacceptable delivery, charged £7 for delivery, falsely advertised as inglotUK where the products are being sent from Ireland and most likely stuck on the route! AVOID

A very poor experience with Inglot reference delivery and tracking.
Communication with ANpost was non existent tracking was impossible additionally no response to my e mails from Inglot. Eventually delivered unexpectedly after 11 days.
It’s a shame this aspect lets them down as their products are excellent. I won’t be buying online again

The nastiest make up I’ve ever used. Mail varnish, breathable, separated, streaks and peels, one day and I took it off. Tried the eyebrow product in a pot, soft mush absolute rubbish.
Expensive, do yourself a favour buy another brand.

Fraud. This is for their UK franchise. Returned items with full tracking. Continue to claim return not received - contrary to the tracking. UK Franchise is a black mark on the Inglot brand. Have to obtain refund via Chargeback

Their products are very affordable. I specially like the shop in Oxford Street. If I need to try any shade, I can pop out of the shop and see it in natural light. It’s much better than the shop in Westfield (Watford). Besides, the staff at the Oxford Street is much more helpful than the Westfield shop. This past weekend I went to this shop and the young lady had no clue how lo help me. Even though I had planned to buy a few things, I ended up leaving the shop empty handed. Not good for their business!
