AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A truly diabolical organisation, and sadly every other negative review is bang on. I just wish I'd read it before sending my phone to be traded in. I understand that they are official trade-in "partners" for several UK phone companies (Lord knows how) but already, some of them have had the intelligence to stop dealing with them. Shysters, con artists, an awful outfit. Seeing as I had various other things going on, I just accepted the trade-in quote without thinking too much. It was significantly less than other places, but figured it would be hassle-free. Incorrect. My phone had two or three chips on the casing that were only visible under very close inspection, no cracks, perfect screen etc (always in a case) Trade-in then came back at half their original quote saying the "frame was cracked". Ignored repeated requests to return my phone. Ended up lodging a formal complaint through my phone company, and phone eventually turned up. Having read all the other reviews and their sharp practices, half expected either another phone to turn up or my phone but in significantly worse condition. At least my (pristine) phone turned up again, which I am now selling privately at over three times what the trade-in quote was. Avoid this company and steer as clear as possible away from them.

Extrem lange wartezeit
Ich musste einen E scooter zur Reparatur einschicken. Am 10.9.25 ist dieser eingegangen bei Ingram Micro.
am 30.10 - knapp 2 MONATE später wurde mir gesagt das er nicht reparabel sei - ist ok, allerdings nicht die Wartezeit.
Nun warte ich seit 30.10 auf die Rücksendung meines Scooters. Man wird immer vertröstet in den nächsten 2 Tagen sollte dieser verschickt werden.
Service Mitarbeiter sind freundlich , allerdings ist der Service bzw. die Wartezeit enorm lang.

Ich habe am 1.10. einen Epilierer Philips Lumea IPL 9000 gekauft. Der Kauf wurde bestätigt, der Versand für den 6.-7.10. angekündigt. Am 6.10. hieß es in der Mail: "Ihre Bestellung wurde vom Zusteller noch nicht abgeholt, aber das ist völlig normal! Wenn Sie noch keine Sendungsverfolgung sehen, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen – Ihre Bestellung wird bearbeitet und kommt pünktlich an." Danach wurde der Kauf eigenmächtig storniert. Mail von heute: "Es sieht so aus, als hätte Ingram Micro Services GmbH deine Bestellung wegen Problemen mit dem Bestand storniert." Unseriös! Unfähig! Untragbar!

Ihr seit der letzte Laden, ich empfehle jeden sein Handy hier nicht einzusenden, selbst wenn man von xiaomi den serviceauftrag bekommt. Ihr werdet das Handy kaputter wieder kriegen, als es vorher war. Ich kann nur ausdrücklich jedem davon abraten! Anschließend kommuniziert dieses Unternehmen nicht mehr mit euch und man kriegt einen lächerlichen Gutschein von xiaomi zur Wiedergutmachung und bleibt auf den Kosten sitzen für die Beschädigung. Bitte schließt einfach dieses Unternehmen, ihr tut damit allen einen Gefallen. Davon mal abgesehen das die Mitarbeiter dort eh unterbezahlt und unzufrieden sind, siehe kununu. Es ist wirklich eine bodenlose Frechheit. Davon mal abgesehen dauert der Prozess ewigkeiten, daran merkt man auch das mit der firma was nicht stimmt. Bitte schließt den Laden einfach! Ihr habt mir mega Nerven gekostet!!! Danke für den Ärger!!!!

Awful. Seem to be completely oblivious to UK Consumer Distance Selling regulations.
Told me a new screen would take 3-5d to deliver, then when it didn't arrive, pointed at their T&Cs to say "as per our terms and conditions any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence".

Ingram Micro are Skys repair agents and demanded I pay for £146 to change the casing of my laptop because of scratches that invalidate my warranty, and they do not know what is actually wrong with the laptop, the fault cannot be checked until I pay the money with no assurance it can be fixed as the fault might not be covered under the warranty! Excuse me? Who on earth would do that? When a laptop is still under warranty without any guarantee it can be fixed after? Like they hold people’s devices hostage to make money! Disgusting customer service no wonder the reviews are diabolical on here!

I must tell I didn’t even blink to think something is going wrong. My left base earbuds didn’t work anymore as before the volume sound. They gave me a new one after they recognized it isn’t fixable. They are 10/10. Thanks for the new earbuds and your services. 🙏
Worse company known to mankind
Worse company known to mankind. 3 weeks to try and get an account set up just to place an order. They would not accept our resale cert with DBA name, had to change it to legal, even when both legal and DBA were on the resale cert. Their system crashed for days, preventing new accounts and ID from being set up. Their sales department does not know if they carry PAX or Ingenico equipment. They respond to emails once a day. Sales & Customer service are incompetent, you are better off taking a bath with a toaster.
Not up to standard
When Virgin Media got taken over by O2, it opened up some opportunities including Switch Up. As a serial phone swapper, this was a fantastic option. First two switch ups went perfectly - items received and checked in a timely manner, approved and the O2 device plan paid off quickly.
However, the last two swaps have been a complete shambles. The first incident was May this year. I always take images of the phone being sent and on this occasion I forgot to re-insert the Sim tray. I noticed my error immediately and posted that Tracked 24 and emailed the company with the tracking number. They said they’d add it to the notes but no guarantee it would be picked up on arrival. Lo and behold, the declined Switch Up email comes (despite the package showing as delivered) with the issue being a supposed “cracked frame”. I queries this over email attaching pictures of the device. Turns out it wasn’t cracked, but missing the tray, which we knew. Once I pointed out it had been delivered on x day, sure enough I then get the email saying Switch Up was successful. Okay, partly my fault missing the tray, so gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Roll on three months and I’m upgrading to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. I sent my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra back in its original box, definitely with the SIM tray in and took plenty of pictures. Item was delivered on Tuesday but no acknowledgement until 5 days later when I’m told, yet again, my phone is not eligible. Supposedly, I sent the wrong model…
How can that be when I inputted the IMEI of the device and the number matches the device? It comes across to me like the checks are really sloppy or they’re trying to pull a fast one. I have replied with an image of my receipt from O2 and a picture of the rear of the device with the matching IMEI and the ‘512GB’ sticker. Apparently I’ve sent the 1TB version, which is only worth £420.
I’ve sent off my evidence so hopefully they’ll correct their mistake. To be honest this has completely put me off using Switch Up again. I wish O2 would just deal with it themselves and not hand this over to a third party company.
Easy process!
Figured I would buck the trend and leave a review of my positive experience with Ingram Micro.
Sent them my iPhone 16 as part of an O2 Switch Up, prepaid box and label arrived within 48hrs of the process beginning. Phone delivered to Ingram Micro within 24hrs of posting it. 48hrs after they received the device message received to say the phone has passed their checks and all is good!
Was a very straightforward process and no complaints on my end!

I sent a fold 6 in with general wear and tear. I accurately described my phone using the three website which outlines everything with images, what they class as a damaged phone.
I took photos of my device before sending which shows its good condition.
I received an email saying they need to half the quote value because the 'frame is cracked' which is absolutely not true.
I replied with the images I took and asked to speak to a manager and they just kept sending an image of a small stuff on the hinge.
Terrible service, avoid!

Rep Dienst möchte dennoch ca 45 Euro für die Entsperrung um die Software neu zu machen.
Da es sich lauft Telefon Rücksprache um ein Software Fehler handle.

If I could give Ingram Micro zero stars, like all these guys above have said, I would. This company is the epitome of everything wrong with IT vendors that somehow manage to survive in 2025.
We buy a lot of stuff from them, and this recent occurrence(Yeah I just say recent cause there's more, sit down lets talk about it..), they sent an activation email and the link is dead.. It goes nowheresville. And then they have this message at the end of the email: "If you have any issues with your purchase and/or download and require support, please contact your reseller or click on the Customer Service FAQ for additional information." A link to Customer Service FAQ that is dead too, same domain, same lazy non existent redirect.
OK, so things happen and things go down. I call to rectify and am still of the mind that "Hey, bad stuff happens" Being optimistic. I get put on hold for literally 4 hours listening to a knock off royalty-free guitar solo of Lynyrd Skynard's "Simple Man". Well, alright, I love this song, but after 4 hours, I now hate it. Congrats Ingram, you managed to ruin my work day and a classic anthem. How dare they do that to a classic..
Avoid these guys, unless you've pissed off any half decent IT vendor out there and have no choice. Oh, did I mention that I was waiting an hour and a half before it disconnected suddenly before this? Just to get a download link to some software we purchased. That's all I wanted..
If I was the rule maker, I'd damn them to oblivion and never work with them again.

I sent off a set of headphones in their charging case that cost £100, they then email me saying the ear buds aren’t in there so to repair it’s going to cost £180.
So not only has someone taken my ear buds out they are charging me double the price to have it repaired.
They didn’t look into it properly and customer service was useless, I don’t know why Amazon use this useless company!

Sent my phone in for cash after seeing them on Amazon UK. Kept the phone for 6wks , no emails, nothing.
Only time they replied was when asked by me several times for an update.
Kept telling me phone was connected to my Google - It was not. Google confirmed this.
They returned my phone broken, Does not power on at all? S22 Ultra, It was sent to them in excellent condition.
Now taking the legal route for damages.
