Det här hände, lägger ut mitt mail till dom. Jag beställde en burk Edding spray silver färg som inte gick att få en droppe färg ur med sprayaren.

Men hallå, för ett köp på ynka 148 kr vill ni dra igång något stort med t o m en liten film på burken. Ni verkar ju t o m känna till problemet med att dra igång den här sprayflaskan. Varför i så fall inte skriva om det på säljsidan.

Jag har tagit loss den svarta sprayaren, tryckte som besatt på det som fanns under den. Då kom ett sprut med innehållet nästan upp i mitt ansikte och på en skyddande hand, tack och lov. Felet ligger helt klart i sprayaren som verkar helt död. Kan inte fota eller filma så ni får tror mig på mitt ord.

Innehållet verkar farligt, det står på flera språk på burken men inte på svenska. Får det här verkligen säljas i Sverige? Skicka mig nu en burk som fungerar så att jag kan använda mig av den. Annars går jag till Trustpilot och talar om vad jag tycker om varan. Mina finanser är goda, jag klarar en förlust på 148 kr medan ett gott rykte kan vara svårt att ta igen. slutcit

I dealt with this company years ago and am now needing a new printer. Things went wrong with the delivery - these things happen… so I had to buy a different one elsewhere. I could not fault their response. My emails responded to right away even after normal hours. They sent a courier to pick it up, and within a day of the return, processed the full refund. I could not fault them and will def buy again…

i was charged a delivery fee for a toner that would not fit into printer.
i had to order a replacement original brother toner and was again charged a delivery fee.
i have been advised that i will not be refunded the delivery fee even though the fault lies with ink123.ie.
i find this totally un acceptable.

This is the second time this has happened, once bitten twice gobs$i$e eh. So i ordered my BROTHER ORIGINAL toners for my printer which were in stock, as soon as i had ordered them i got a phone call from ADAM who tried to pawn me off on their own 123 toners, i explained i wasn't interested as i had tried them before and they were rubbish. He promised me faithfully that the new ones weren't the same as they had changed supplier and he guaranteed me there would be no issue with these, 100% lifetime guarantee. So i bought... Bull.... they were every bit as bad as before and when i wanted them changed out .. then i was met with "try our troubleshooting" Crap from customer service as ADAM wasn't available to come to the phone, after that then i was told i needed to photo each of the toners sent to me and email all photos so they could be processed by somebody before authorizing a collection for return ( More time wasted-still no working printer as toners had now been removed ). So i reordered my BROTHER toners which i was now told a couple of days later after waiting nearly a week with no functional printer that the toners were now out of stock.. and that i would have to wait another couple of days, that turned into a week because of bank holiday and when i rang and inquired i was told that it would be at least another AGAIN before they MAY be back in stock.. but was then asked would i like to try there own brand..Holy S5&T were they serious...
I have cancelled the order of €400 and have taken my business to Viking but am left waiting 5 working days for my money back... what a joke...

Beställde 4 st hp orginal patroner men tyvärr gick det inte att printa. Gissar att det berodde på bäst före datum 221031 Utgångna över ett år efter beställningsdatum

I ordered ink from them at the end of September for my Canon printer. Unfortunately I only tried it out recently. I've tried it multiple times now and everything that is meant to be blue is printed pink/red. Completely useless if you are trying to print anything nice. I won't be using then again.

Very fast service, great prices. Will definitely deal with ink123 again.
