Complicated, Expensive and Bad Support
Overly complicated interface and logic and bad customer support. The links they generate are done by Javascript, so if you decide to cancel, you will loose all the links. In fact to cancel you subscription, you are required to delete all your projects and the JS file from the site. They promise to give you 100 credits and a refund if you take the onboarding tour with them, so i did to see is this software can help. You will not get either. Not only it's not helpful but after we decided to cancel and asked for a refund, they stopped responding.
In general, the tool is not worth it. It has a very steep learning curve, it's expensive and the promise they gave you is not true. My recommendation, look for other similar tools. There are many and way better.
