Tried paying for parking having to use the ringo app Which was on the ticket machien in a council carpark. I didn't down load the app but used the website, I put in all my details but forgot my visa authorisation so I couldn't pay gor my ticket, thought nothing of it, the next day I had a security call from my bank asking if I'd made a few payment 2 of which I did the 3rd was £1 from someone I didn't have a clue. I just assumed my son had brought something on Google, that night I checked my bank online and saw £24.99 had been taken out of my account. I then checked my emails and found I'd apparently subscribed to inner powers, don't have a clue what this company is and I certainly didn't sign up for anything I then found another email telling me they were going to take a further £59.99 out of my account every month. Cancelled the subscription and reported as fraud to the bank

Used a QR code on the television screen. Intended to claim free TV streaming trial. All legitimate.
Email said not worked, try again.
Did so.
Found £1 had been deducted from my bank account.
Called bank. They said yourinnerpowers.com had taken it and were going to continue to do so daily. Not a DD nor SO...a different authorisation.
Bank immediately blocked it, cancelled my card and gave me company registration so I could contact the TV provider.
The scam was in the QR code.
The TV provider is conducting an investigation.
The scammers had access to:
My bank account details
My email account details
My TV provider login details
Consider what criminals would do with these details if they were yours.
If I hadn't been prompt....if I'd been someone with distractions, poor sight, or a host of possible issues ...
How dare anyone take ( steal) money.
I authorised nothing. I signed up for nothing.

Got email from this company saying I had 5 days free trial. I do not know this company and have not signed up to this
I suspect it’s a scam asking me to activate the account

Add discreetly added on bottom of page I was signing up for, it really had been put in a way you didn't notice,very poor.

I thought I was signing up for something g completely different to what they are

I had £59.99 taken from my account without my permission and my last money for a bill and now there are telling me it could take 30 days.
So now I’ll have a black mark unless I borrow money.
I’ve never missed paying a bill.
