I highly recommend the innopets after sales and replacement of parts . This is my experience.
I had to.replace the back wheels of my innopet sporty delux . No fault of the dog buggie but after removing them I forgot to.put them in my car and ran over them!!. This was over the festive season .innopet replied to my email the Friday after new year and directed me to the right area of their web site and had new wheels by very early the next week. Brilliant service. Thank you. So glad I brought an Innopet.

We hadden tijdens ons verlof een probleem met onze Hercules 2.0.
Via de website hebben we een melding gedaan. De dag erna was er reeds een antwoord en ontvingen we ook een agenda om een afspraak te maken met een medewerker in hun magazijn te Nieuwegein.
We zijn er langs gereden op de terugweg van vakantie en werden er opgewacht door een medewerker. Hij ging onmiddellijk aan de slag om de buggy te herstellen met nieuwe onderdelen en uitleg voor onderhoud. We kregen zelfs een paar reserve onderdelen mee.
Een top service.

Ik had wat gekocht van Innopet via Pets Place. Helaas was de bekerhouder afgebroken van mijn super mooie Nomad. Contact opgenomen met Pets Place helaas tot heden nog steeds geen reactie gehad van Pets Place. Ondertussen had ik ook contact gezocht met Innopet. Hun reageerde heel snel! Netjes geholpen, een gratis nieuwe bekerhouder gekregen. Dik tevreden! Mijn hondje & ik kunnen weer oppad!

Wij hadden een acuut probleem met onze innopet Eva-eco: één van de achterwielen kwam los te zitten.
Ik stuurde een bericht naar Innopet en binnen een paar uur (midden in de nacht zelfs) was er al een antwoord dat aan het probleem werd gewerkt. De volgende dag kwam al met een nuttige suggestie. Het probleem is opgelost.

I made an enquiry about a broken part on my Innopet Buggy and even though I had purchased the buggy second hand, the Customer Service was excellent with very quick responses, friendly and very helpful. I spoke to several people but Chantal went above and beyond to ensure my buggy was usable again and she sent me some new wheels which arrived in less than 48 hours. You cant get better service than that. I would highly recommend this business and thank you Chantal. Merry Christmas

We did not buy direct from InnoPet but contacted them when we had an issue. They were not obliged to help us or offer support but they did by way of a new frame at half its retail price. They were also extremely swift with their response. Great Customer Service - Thank you InnoPet

We bought the adventure buggy about a year ago. We like it as it has made us much more flexible and mobile in shopping centres, towns and cities, as well as on longer hikes.
We had an issues with one of the wheels, and received very good assistance. Communication was easy and the resolution very satisfactory

Schroefje dat was afgebroken heeft innopet opgestuurd op hun kosten. Goed geholpen door betrokken supportmedewerkers. Daarbij zeer tevreden over het product (buggy voor mijn hondje).

Wir nutzen seit Jahren bereits zwei Buggys (InnoPet Comfort EFA ECO und Ibiyaya Retro Hondenbuggy Luxe Stroller). Wir sind sehr zufrieden damit.
Nun hatten wir Fragen an den Support. Uns wurde schnell und kompetent geholfen.

Innopet leverde buiten de garantieperiode gratis nieuwe onderdelen voor mijn buggy. De opgetreden slijtage was niet het gevolg van een constructiefout maar door offroad-gebruik, terwijl door de fabrikant duidelijk wordt gesteld dat de buggy daarvoor niet geschikt is. Aangezien mijn (blinde) hond lijdt aan Cushing en vergevorderde artrose, is deze buggy onmisbaar geworden.
Het contact met Linda de Vries verliep snel, begripvol en overall buitengewoon plezierig.

So far superb. Not received my order yet but I placed order at the weekend for Hercules 2 at full retail price - today I see they have a promotion and customer service was quick and helpful to assist me taking advantage of promo with my order. Can’t wait for it to arrive 🤩

My Innopet Sport Revolution's front wheel snapped off

This is a secondary pram to our Dutch doggy which we use when we need a smaller one so it's not used all the time

I contacted Innopet to buy a replacement but in the meantime sourced one in the U.K. my husband then told me it had a 2 year guarantee.

I re-contacted them to ask for a replacement under warranty. I sent all the relevant information requested

Chantal informed me that the pin had snapped due to wear and tear and rust and wouldn't be covered under warranty. What they were actually looking at was oil marks not rust and the pram is only used intermittently as we have a Dutch doggy for everyday use

I sent an email to that effect and told them their customer service was appalling - no answer

They then had the nerve to send me a survey - in Dutch!!!

Their products clearly are not made to last - even if we did use this everyday, I expect it to at least last the warranty period and the part that has snapped is encased within the wheel connection so not sure how it could be wear and tear. It is a thick metal pin!

Obviously going forward we won't touch this company again. They're an absolute disgrace - these prams are not cheap and are not made to last

Delighted with my rough terrain buggy. I already had a, 'pavement', buggy but this one is in a different class. My elderly Jack Russell loved it until the day she died a few months ago. It meant I could take her out on walks with my other dogs on a good day for me instead of having to leave her behind. I am disabled and so use the buggy as a walking aid for me too. It is very sturdy and robust and I feel very safe walking like this. I now use it for my two tiny Yorkies, one of whom isn't keen on walking and his Mum who is very elderly. We can be as active as possible, given my needs, all together. This buggy has, quite literally, changed our lives.

I was assisted over the telephone by Ranier and Chantal at Innopet to ensure I ordered the best dog stroller for my needs. Both were so helpful and professional in coming back to me quickly with the information I needed. I would recommend Innopet 100% for their customer care.

Voor onze oude hond waren wij op zoek naar een buggy maar deze wilden wij niet online kopen. Op internet gevonden dat wij in Nieuwegein terecht konden in de showroom. Daar zijn wij geweldig en vriendelijk geholpen door een heel geduldige medewerker. Wij mochten de buggy ook mee naar buiten nemen om hem uit te testen. Uiteindelijk wilde onze hond, na bijna een heel zakje lekkers op te hebben geheten, in de buggy. Wij hebben hem gekocht en konden de buggy direct meenemen.
