Poor experience - in the end got better service
i booked my hotel in London on Wednesday for the MON-WED the following week. When i logged on to email on Mon morning before flying out, it turned out that they had cancelled my booking on Sunday (!).
The alternative hotel Innstant booked for me was not acceptable for me. After a call with an Israeli lady, we agreed that I would report at the initial hotel and they would help me. The Victoria Park Plaza hotel were able to arrange a room for me afterall (yeay!) but Innstant had already paid my money to someone else. I had called the Israel number a bunch of times but was never called back. When i finally got an Irish lady (Cynthia?) she said it was easy and would chase for me (yeah again).
When i left the Victoria Park Plaza hotel on Wedneday, the issue had still not been resolved and the hotel had not received any payment for my stay.

Best rates for hotel accommodation I could find
I had to find an hotel for my dad in Barcelona. A friend recommended on Innstant. The site is very nice and the rates are great! They show a price comparison so not only that that you get the best price, it is easy to see it.
I will definitely use is again for my or family next trip.

Made some serious check across more than 10 different hotels I plan to stay during my next vacation - 9 out 10 indicated Innstant had best rates! Definitely worth 5 star rating!
