First, I’m truly sorry for the frustration this has caused you. I completely understand how upsetting it must feel to complete a purchase and not receive what you paid for.

After checking your order, we found that the email address entered at checkout contained a small typo. Because of this, the book was delivered to the incorrect email address, which is why you did not receive it.

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. We discovered there was a duplicate record under your name—one with a wrong email address, and another with the correct one. The correct email, however, was bouncing back our messages, which could be due to the email being blocked or previously unsubscribed from our system.

We’ve corrected the records on our end and reactivated your email so you can now receive course messages without issue. The link has already been resent to your correct email address.
