Lack of communication and failure to reply to questions. This is an outfit to avoid.

I recently used Inspire after a recommendation from a friend.
I found Hannah, to be professional, yet friendly. She was very efficient and gave me advice before acting on my behalf. This demonstrates that she did have my best interest for a positive outcome at heart, and was not simply out for the business.
The price was appropriate and fair. Business was as tied up quickly with no loose ends.
I would recommend this company.

John responded to my calls and emails immediately and was in constant contact with the buyers solicitors, meaning I was kept up to date throughout and my sale process was a very slick process.

Over the years I have had some pretty disappointing experiences when it comes to conveyancing, but I am pleased to say that Inspire Legal did not fall into that category, far from it actually. John Jose was my conveyancer and was truly first class, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. In previous house sales, my experience was that I always found myself chasing the conveyancer for answers, but that was not the case with John, he kept me well informed on progress with excellent and regular communication ..... and that's what it's all about in my view, communication !! Should have been an easy transaction. But wasn't!
Not Inspires fault though. The sellers Solicitor was useless!
But all the staff at Inspire were great.
All tried to get the transaction done quickly, in spite of lethargy on the sellers Solicitors part.
So thanks to Charlotte, George and Stephen for continually informing me of progress, and pushing for the exchange to go through.
Would happily use Inspire again.

We were put in contact with this company through Home Legal Direct. Our experience was genuinely good. We had one person handling our sale which was John Jose. The first buyer went up to exchange of contracts before pulling out at the last minute. Fortunately another buyer appeared soon after and John took it in his stride. All contact was through emails and with 3 persons as owners, it demanded a bit of coordination but all the forms got filled and returned to keep things moving. The buyer's solicitor was a bit slow coming up to exchange of contracts and John had to respond at short notice on the day to get the sale over the line. Our experience was very positive hence the 5 star rating.

We got it home in the end, I and numerous others involved had to sign the same documents twice (I’m assuming because they lost them over Christmas break) but that’s standard for solicitors nowadays.

Highly recommend inspire legal group. Our experience with them as conveyensing has been so professional and swift. I cannot recommend them enough as the whole process from start to finish was made so easy for us. Thankyou inspire legal we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Friendly warm and professional. Looking after our needs all the way through.

They did the work and eventually managed to close however I never felt informed as to what was going on. I dealt with upwards of 5/6 different people, never had one person who was handling my case. Constantly had to chase for updates because either none were forthcoming or I received requests for chases from the property seller's solicitors. The level of communication I felt was poor, the customer service was ok at best but they did do the work and we eventually managed to close so I can't take away the work they did but it wasn't the most enjoyable experience in all honesty.

In a nutshell, I found the staff to be polite, professional, correspondent and most importantly, very competitive. I would highly recommend and would have no hesitation at using their services again.

I used Inspire for conveyancing when selling a property and their communication was excellent. A particular shout-out to Amy (admin, but able to answer most questions) and my conveyancer John. In a chain that had other solicitors unavailable and slow to respond I never felt Inspire were slowing down the process. Top marks!
