Becki was so helpful, she spoke with the transport company in ref to my delivery, she went through all the options and availability of logs and nothing was too much trouble for her, the logs turned up on due date and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of logs and the overall service I received

Great service, chat function worked really well to give me a choice of deferring my delivery day and the delivery man was really helpful in moving the pallet of logs to a convenient place on my drive.

Delivery unsatisfactory
Delivery was made at about 9am whereas you had said the previous day it would be between 12 and 3pm. The delivery was left at the edge of the property because their electric trolley would not go across the gravel drive. I'm now left6 with a wooden pallet that I don't want and I'll have to somehow take it to the tip.
You seem to have no concept of customer satisfaction.
The logs themselves look OK but many of them are birch which doesn't burn all that well, or rather burns too quickly.
I didn't mean to use you at all but was duped into it because when I searched Google for Nene Valley Firewood it came up with a result including their name but it took me to your web site. I wrongly assumed they had been taken over or changed their name. Sharp practice, dishonest.

It is rare for us to get such a poor review and we always urge customers to call us if they have any issues at all. If you had called us at the time of delivery and let us know you were unhappy, we would of tried to rectify the problems you had.
With regards to where the pallet was left, our website specifically states we offer curbside delivery only so I am sorry you were not aware of this.
We want to stress that we are an honest company and you were not 'duped'. The order was placed by you through our website and was delivered on the day you requested.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and given the opportunity we will always do our best to put things right so our customers are completely satisfied
