Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I had a couple of questions about delivery times and used the ‘chat’ link. My questions were answered in a matter of minutes. No waiting around. I received a phone call the next day asking me which day would suit me best. My logs were delivered on the arranged day and time. (morning). Will certainly use Instant Logs again.

Excellent service
It was easy to place an order. I requested next day delivery. I ordered 2 bulk bags. I received a call to ask me if I wanted them on separate pallets or stacked one on top of the other. I requested separate pallets due to ehere they would be stored. The delivery arrived by 10.30 am the next day. Excellent service and I very much appreciated the call regarding delivery.

Great quality logs, try the mixed for value or add with others from the range for an economical cosy fire,
You will have to pay for the logs, (the prompt delivery is free) stacked high in the dumpy bag, the great service comes for free.

I would like to say the gentleman was…
I would like to say the gentleman was so polite happy even when it was is last drop off and he helped me and my sister so much by driving up my driveway and putting the pallet in my garage I must be honest there isn’t many kind people around these days as I thought this was so lovely of him can’t thank him enough as you see if he didn’t help me and my sister we would have had to lift it all by hand and definitely would have taken a few hrs too so I am grateful to him for helping us
Hopefully I meet him again when I re order some logs again
And thank you to Rebecca too as she is a lovely lady as well so helpful too
