He was so friendly, super approachable, super understanding and kind which made all the difference given it was my first time looking at insurance comparison. I would expect this type of thing to be intimidating but it was the polar opposite, I felt like I could've sat down and had a cup of tea with him. Such a cool guy!

I recently had a meeting with Richard moon via zoom to update our insurance policies regarding our life insurance, Income protection and critical illness. He was efficient, Knowledgable and most of all patient and attentive to my questions. It rare you come across a person on one of these calls with personal skills, Normally they just follow a script, This was completely the opposite with Richard he was friendly and warm.

Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.
