We have used Insurance Revolution for a number of years now to look after our business insurance's, and the service has been five-star from day one.

The whole team is always professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, giving us confidence that our insurance requirements are in safe hands. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and they consistently provide a friendly, efficient and reliable service.

A special mention has to go to Josh Ward, who recently went above and beyond when we needed an urgent amendment to one of our policies. We were working to a tight deadline, and Josh handled everything professionally, kept us informed throughout, and ensured the changes were completed in time. His customer service was outstanding and made what could have been a stressful situation completely straightforward.

I had Birmingham City Council saying that I owe them money cause I drove my car through Birmingham. I live in Norfolk. I bought the car from Birmingham never went in the city talk to a lovely lady on here about it and she sent me my Insurance certificate that shows that I was not the driver of the car at the time nice one Birmingham city for trying to get money out of somebody who’s never driven there

No problem. Contacted me with a quote. Said they would look for a lower quote. Came back with a lower quote and I accepted. Took 5 mins on the phone. Good service

Insurance Revolution have taken over from previous broker, we dealt with Chris who was very helpful and managed to obtain a renewal quote that was lower than the previous year's premium!! Talked us through everything and we are now just waiting for final documents to arrive :)
