I was introduced to you by a friend.
I was introduced to you by a friend who insures with you. I went on line and answered the questions. As simple as that. The answer came back that I was covered. No fuss. The price was a major attraction. I hope that same approach will be applied if ever I have to claim.

Didn't make a claim. But they were very understanding when my husband passed away and I had to cancel the insurance.
