I had experience of them from another band I'm in - this prompted me to ask for a quote for my second band for which I'd paid an expensive cost for many years.
The new quote was far lower which I happily accepted. The whole experience was fast and efficient. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Honestly just seems so dodgy..
Honestly just seems so dodgy... There isn't a single good review mentioning the company actually pays out insurance properly and they massively push consumers to review on trustpilot to artificially inflate the warning. Lookup 'pay out' or 'claim' in the search!

I can confirm that this is not the case for all of our customers. We strive to provide excellent service when contacting both ourselves, and our claims team at the Davies Group.
I can understand why it might appear that way at first glance. One thing I'd bear in mind, is that reviews relating to claims are often disproportionately negative because people are far more likely to leave feedback when they've had a disappointing claims experience than when a claim is settled exactly as expected.
It's also worth considering that customers who have made a claim typically represent only a small proportion of the insurer's overall customer base. As a result, claim-related reviews can provide useful insight into individual experiences, but they may not necessarily be representative of the experience of the wider customer population.
Customer feedback is important to us, and we will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team for review.

Appalling service!
Appalling! Just because I didn't renew my policy they have bombarded me with emails (despite unsubscribing from their 'service') and ringing me and leaving automated messages! Despite writing to them on several occasions asking them to stop contacting me, they seem unable to respond to my communications and are unwilling to take 'no' for an answer! They even had the gall to ask for a review rather than address my complaint. The email request read, "We'd love to hear how we did on your recent request 'Stop calling me'." - it beggars belief!
