This company tried charging me £120 to expedite my property with the land registry, it took a 2 minute phone call by myself to sort at no cost.
I have had nothing but problems with this company and don't understand why HSBC use them, the reception staff are obnoxious when calling.
I recommend to all to avoid !

Straightforward transaction with no hold ups, quick responses and timely detailed updates. No issues at all.

If you are offered FREE legal fees and they use this company, walk away! They take way too long, started a simple re-mortgage in Aug, its now December and we still don't a completion date. No obvious telephone number and call centre style customer service when you do get through.

We recently remortgaged and our case was handled by Integrar. I was very pleasantly surprised by how straight forward this process was. We were kept in the loop at all stages and being able to track the progress via an app was really useful as it meant we didn't have to keep contacting our case worker for updates. The process from start to finish was very efficient and we didn't have to chase for anything once. It made a typically stressful process very stress free. Thank you for our case worker Roo!

God forbid if you need to make any changes within legal terms.

I'd avoid at all costs.

Very frustrating experience with this solicitor and would not recommend any one uses them. They are very slow to process documents they have requested and very slow to respond to emails that is if they respond at all.
In addition, they advised they have been waiting for the redemption statement from the bank which is holding up our remortgage and the bank said they have not even requested it and if they had, it would have been provided in 48 hours.
It is maybe the luck of the draw on the caseworker you get or possible that the caseworkers are overwhelmed with work but either way it does not inspire confidence. I will update the review if they get their act together and ever complete my mortgage!

Useless, they can't even consistently get the address correct for the remortgaged property in their paperwork....

I recently had a bit of a nightmare with a Land Registry issue after completing my remortgage, and Sarah Fichtali was the one who stepped in to sort it. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Clear updates, quick responses, and a calm approach that made the whole thing feel far less stressful than it could’ve been.

What really stood out was how proactive she was — she didn’t just wait around for things to happen; she chased, clarified, and kept everything moving until the issue was fully resolved. You don’t realise how valuable that is until you’ve been stuck dealing with post-completion limbo.

If you’re lucky enough to have Sarah handling your file, you’re in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

The service they provided could not have been worse. from the start I was let down by them, no one explained the process, my initial emails were disregarded - I should have been contacted by a representative and was not, we ended up going into variable rates on our mortgage because they failed to do their job and when I made a formal complaint, a man from their office called me and spent the entire time making excuses and placing the blame on me, severe lack of accountability. Poor poor customer service, places blame on its customers for their own failings, I am absolutely disgusted.
