Excellent, efficient & friendly service. Particularly good service from Anya ( & her two colleagues when necessary). She was always willing to speak on the phone if necessary & would reply to any communications promptly.

Things moved quickly and the Portal was quite straightforward to use. One frustration was having to register to two different portals and monitor both for updates, I feel that process could be improved.

My case handler handled things quickly efficiently and the mortgage all completed on time.

Very happy with how everything progressed.

Overall the systems employed reduced the requirements to make time intensive phone calls and emails. They were easy to use and enabled us to get the tasks completed.

After two months of providing a mountain of information and documentation, Integrar have today advised, without warning, that they have closed my case as it is considered too complex.

The service received has been very poor and the outcome, after such a long period, is unfathomable.

Instead of being close to completion as anticipated, my purchase has now fallen through.

Why TSB would utilise the services of this woefully inadequate conveyancing company, is beyond me.

Unless your case is childlike in its simplicity, I would avoid using this firm at all costs.

Good service overall and easy set up for the Portal.

Some information stayed Amber when everything had been received but I was able to contact the team and they were very helpful. Everything was done electronically and couldn’t call but very quick and responsive service.

I felt like I was dealing with an automated service. Repeated requests for items already completed.
Didn't feel like the person I was assigned to my case was helpful but just wanted boxes ticked.
Getting a surprise bill at the end of the process wasn't pleasant..... should have been communicated clearly.

Terrible service which has cost me £100s. A simple remortgage but failed to complete on the correct day costing me extra interest payments and sent the wrong completion amount to mortgage company. This was final straw having been charged additional fees which weren’t explained and asked 5 times for info I had given them and repeatedly told me I was wrong. It was my bank account!! Jake Houlding-Ward said to provide names in my review - Hamza, Michelle and Yinxiao Zhu.

All was done very smoothly and without any hassle. All queries were answered promptly and completion happened faster than expected

The remortgage process was uneventful and straightforward which is ideally what I like for these applications.
Integrar kept me updated for the entire process via their portal. Thanks Roo and team for keeping on top of this through the new year celebrations.

Very poor communication. Im assuming much of it is automated as I was being chased for documents I had already returned. When I emailed to seek clarification I got no reply or no straight answer.

Overall a smooth and relatively quick transaction. Some issues with technology not sending/receiving documents but Emily my caseworker and others helped workaround with minimum fuss and ensured we completed 2 weeks early!

Matthew was great and thorough with everything. The details of why the property was being surveyed were for some reason incorrect, but the service he gave and manner were excellent

Integrar provided his service on time. They use an electronic system for communication and all updates are online. They do allocate a case worker, Carl, whom you can email directly. Carl did respond to our queries.
The service was good. I felt anxious that my remortgage wouldn’t complete on time due to the different ways of communication, which l found it difficult to follow. However, there was no delays.

Both Carl and Jake were on the ball with our remortgage that we recently completed and even spotted a couple of technical errors re our land registry that needed altering. happy with the responsiveness and quality of their work.

Chris was very helpful, I had to call him as I found the documents very complicated and it would help to put everything into plain English.
I did note that some of the correspondence had typos in it, this should definitely be eradicated!

Absolutely brilliant service from this company , first found while scrolling on facebook. Could not fault the people and service received. From first call back the next day to completion. Special shout out to Gareth , Mark Bedwell and James, who all helped process my remortgage very efficiently and successfully. Definitely would recommend to friends and family .
