Integrate is an extremely supportive and effective program. Using evidence based research, it provides a comprehensive structure and guidance to learn and grow. I gained deep insights and tools to better manage emotions and improve relationships. I continue to use the program to improve.

This program is truly life changing. I was searching for answers for a long time, and finally found them here. Not only did it give me hope for my future, but I’ve changed in ways I never thought possible. The way it’s structured is amazing and unique. It helps break down complex information, with worksheets and guidance throughout. I haven’t found anything like it before..

Although it’s self paced, Ashley is always there to support you. She’s helped me tremendously. Whether it was sorting through heavy topics or helping me make sense of my thoughts, she has a gift for explaining things clearly and with deep understanding.

It’s been difficult and painful work, but led to a kind of self love, worth and compassion I never had before. Im not done yet, but it’s truly changed my life for the better and I would highly recommend it to any one struggling with BPD or any of the painful symptoms that come with it. You’re worth the investment and life can get so much better!

Finding Ashley and Integratebpd program absolutely saved my life. I have struggled with bpd symptoms my whole life and got diagnosed with it few years ago. I was lucky to find Ashley almost as soon as I got diagnosed.
This program has changed everything for me. For the first time of my life I can actually feel alive and present. My symptoms have increased dramatically since finding Ashley and Integratebpd. My anxiety is almost entirely gone, it’s been a while since Ive felt anxious. I have better trust in myself than before. I feel deep gratitude and joy. Overall I feel more stable and in balance. I still have some work to do, Im in module 5, but I already see and feel deep changes in myself and in my psyche. Without Ashley and Integrate I don’t know if I would still be here. BPD is debilitating and this program seriously makes sense of everything this disorder causes us to suffer with. It’s like someone is hearing a don fully seeing you for the first time. And it such a good feeling not to feel so alone. This programs value is beyond worth the money.

When I set out on my journey to integrate, I thought I was already doing the work. I didn’t realize how much of myself I was still abandoning—how many of my beliefs, behaviors, and relationships were rooted in survival, not wholeness. I was blind to how deeply I needed this. Ashley has a rare gift: she gently reveals the harshest truths with surgical precision, transparency, and care. She doesn’t coddle, but she never condemns.

Ashley Zahabian doesn’t just teach about borderline personality disorder—she guides you through the fire of it. With reverence and realism, this program helps you excavate the root of your pain—not just the surface symptoms. Every assignment asked me to go deeper, to be radically honest with myself, and to sit in the discomfort that comes before true healing.

It’s not easy work. And it’s the most necessary work I’ve ever done.

Through the modules, I uncovered truths I didn’t even know I was hiding—from childhood trauma and patterns of emotional manipulation, to the subtle ways I had betrayed my own boundaries while blaming others for crossing them. And yet, I was never left in shame. The structure, tone, and teachings are steeped in compassion, clarity, and accountability. It’s integration—not coping.

This is not surface-level “self-love” fluff. This is deep identity work.

For the first time in my life, I can say I know who I am. Not because someone told me. Not because someone loved me. But because I chose to see myself fully—flaws and all—and still remain in love with what I saw.

This program isn’t just for those with BPD traits. It’s for anyone who has lost themselves in the trauma-bonded echo chamber of survival. It’s for the ones who feel like they are both “too much” and “not enough.” It’s for the brave who are ready to stop blaming others and start anchoring in truth.

I am building a stable self now—something I was never taught how to do. And I owe that to this program.

I want to begin this review by stating that not only have I attended numerous types of psychiatric treatments for BPD symptoms (DBT, CBT, group therapy, 12 step, inpatient, PHP, outpatient, etc.), I have also worked closely with BPD patients and their clinicians in multiple types of treatment modalities in various support positions while attempting to treat and help them manage their BPD symptoms with little to no success for them nor myself in the short or long term other than temporary symptom remission. That being said, I can confidently state that Reality Integration Therapy for BPD through the Integrate program is the upcoming leader in treatment for this awful disorder aka Borderline Personality Disorder. What was once widely known as being a nightmare of a disorder to treat by clinicians and patients is succinctly distinguished, categorized and organized into a program that makes it not only easier to diagnose (by root cause rather than symptoms) but explains HOW to treat it and MOVE ON FROM IT TO A HEALTHY LIFE. It is not “easy” to heal from (I have personal experience as it took me two years to heal the disordered object relations resulting from the disorder myself within the self guided RIT program) but it is POSSIBLE….and in an era filled with doom and gloom and despair regarding mental health diagnosis’, a program like RIT through Integrate is awe inspiring, necessary and in my opinion cutting edge leading to actual healing rather than the HUGE rates of recidivism we see today in the treatment industry. Thank you to the Integrate team for giving me my life back and you have my support 100% going forward as someone who has worked in psychiatric treatment with the BPD population and suffered from the disorder myself! COMPLETELY HEALING BPD IS POSSIBLE!!

I am 68. I have gone through countless therapists. I have been on multiple medications. I have spent some time in hospitals. I have had moments where I thought I was losing my mind. I have searched and tried to figure out what I have and why I feel the way I do and have felt this way since I was 7 years old. Some psychiatrists came close but never quite got the diagnosis correct. Well I figured it out in February of 2024 and I found Ashley and Integrate. My questions were answered, my eyes could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I studied and Ashley coached. I will never be done. I don't think there is a done, but I am well. I have tools. I have balance. I have peace. I have an answer and I now have a life worth living. There is no price tag for peace.

This program has changed my life. It truly is everything you need to heal bpd and more, Ashley guides and encourages integration through module reading worksheets, weekly zoom meetings and the discord chat. I don’t have enough time or space to describe how helpful this program has been for my emotional regulation, impulsivity, to figure out who I truly am. I had been to therapy previous and nothing has helped as much as integrate BPD.
