The flowers were BEAUTIFUL & this time…
The flowers were BEAUTIFUL & this time I ordered flowers in a vase. This was a great idea as the person was unwell & didn't have to find a vase.
The only negative was my delivery note was not followed to ie 'go down shared driveway'. The deliverer went up onto the front deck & appeared at the lounge room sliding doors.

Beautiful Tulips
I bought these for my Daughter as Tulips are her favourite flowers and I couldn't find anyone who had them, until I went to Interflora. Such a beautiful arrangement of flowers with beautiful colour array. My Daughter loves them. They were packed with such care and arranged beautifully. The delivery person handled them with such care and the customer service was exceptional! Thank you Interflora, will continue to purchase from you in the future! Highly recommended! If I could have added photo's so eveyone could see how beautiful they are I would have added them to this review as well.

The flowers arrived on time and my daughter absolutely loved them.
In the bouquet were big chrysanthemums, Lillie’s etc. She sent me a photo and said they not only look amazing, but smelt amazing too.

My only gripe is how do I the sender know what was sent?
A picture sent to email would be good.. We only see a pic on the internet which wouldn't be accurate..

Thank you for your feedback Sandy. It is very unusual for a flower delivery business to send a photo of what has been sent unless specially requested. We do ask our florists to closely replicate the photo on the website and substitute when they do not have the appropriate stock. You also receive an email telling you when the order is out for delivery. Your suggestions are much appreciated and certainly not out of the question for the future.
