Website was easy to use
Website was easy to use, cost was as stated and not added to after the fact like another site I tried. I think for what we paid the end product could of looked quite a lot better than what they did when we received the photo, so that was the downside for me.

Lovely flowers, Bad delivery
Flowers lovely, and appreciated email that flowers would be delayed due to adverse weather with option to cancel if wished to. However then received email flowers to arrive on 7th july. However still had not been received by the 9th of July. Emailed interflora.
Flowers were eventually found by recipient at wrong address 33 vs 23 st number. So finally received on the afternoon of the 10th.
Delivery instructions also would not have matched with location delivered to. Therefore a bit disappointed by this extra delay. Flowers were also then no longer a surprise.

We apologise that the courier delivered the flowers to the wrong address as the flowers were clearly labelled. We are so disappointed that the flowers were not a suprise as birthdays are special occasions that need to be celebrated on the day!
