Very quick delivery & exactly as described.

The rear small wheels need to be further out and put at an angle.
. They keep catching drop kirbs and have left me ground less so the drive wheels don't have contact with the floor. This is not good if you have a back condition.

To be honest, I was very impressed with Invamed. Scooter arrive one day after ordering it. And the scooter itself is lovely. They 9nly miss out on five stars because the scooter was a pain to assemble. Nothing like as easy as in their video. Also the hare and tortoise sticker on the console started peeling within hours. Still, they deserve a solid four stars.

After ordering arrived in no time. The scooter is perfect for us both. Me because I open the back of the vehicle drop the ramp and drive it in,
And the wife because as she puts it it,s perfect leg room and height.

I ordered the scooter late on Saturday, it was delivered mid morning on Tuesday, very efficient service. I called Invamed on the Monday because I did not know when it was to be delivered, they were very helpful and friendly.
It was heavy, it really needs 2 people to unpack and assemble. The help video I was sent was for a different scooter, so I was slightly unprepared for what I needed to do and the instructions slightly misleading but with a little perseverance I figured it out.
Invamed will assemble it for you at a cost.
SInce it has been assembled, this little machine has transformed my mobility. I can get to places beyond my current capability. It is comfortable and easily manoeuvrable.
Some of my neighbours also have scooters and they are impressed with my Roma Denver that was reasonably priced.

In good faith I bought a Roma Denver Plus S135 end of March 2022. I say, in good faith, because recently when I had my mobility scooter serviced and it needed the batteries replaced, I was informed by the service centre that replacement batteries are no longer available, not being manufactured anymore, and haven’t been available since about the time when I bought the mobility scooter in good faith from you. It’s not that I mind paying for replacement batteries, but I do mind having to pay £1800 for a new mobility scooter, because of your negligence. I want compensation. The scooter worked really well, until it didn’t.
